1 starHorrible customer service I ordered an OKC thunder basketball on June 25 and they keep giving me excuses why I haven't received my order yet. 1 star******* retirement bat came today. Had two holes one on each end. Plus flaw on bat at top and end. Very upset after paying $300 for it. I wrote them. Still waiting for answer. These two holes should have had chrome over them. Wish I didnt order it.BIGTIMEBATS.COM

****,We have not received any correspondence from you. We check our messages and email several times a day. The hole on the nub of the bat is needed to spin the finish evenly. We do have a a 30 day return policy, so you're welcome to return the bat for a refund.Review fromJoyce W

The customer emailed ** after business hours on 10/4 to tell us the bat was damaged in transit and that she could supply pictires. We responded on 10/5 apologizing for the inconvenience and asking for the pictures. We have not heard back. We need the pictures and/or a response back from the customer to file a claim and replace the damaged shipment.Review frombrad s

1 starI ordered a Bat from this company and after contact only email with them once every month I was told that they don't have a two-tone bat and they have to wait for the manufacture to send more. I never received the item that I paid for, all together it was 108 day and still did not have my item ready to ship. Very disappointed, the item looked great and had others tell me that they received their items.
