    In November of 2024, the previous owners of our house hired FlameCo Heating and Air Conditioning Company ****, IL to install a Honeywell Home Two zone system on the existing furnace. We purchased the house in February 2025. The system initially appeared to work fine. However, when we turned on our air conditioning in June 2025, the second zone produced a very loud high-pitched noise while running, making that zone, the entire upstairs, unusable.We contacted the company immediately and a technician came out to inspect the system. After looking at it, he stated that he was unsure of what the issue was or how to resolve it. He said he would return to the office, consult with others, and get back to us. Unfortunately, we did not hear anything for nearly three months, despite leaving multi messages and follow-up calls. When we finally reached the company, they said that they could install another baffle, and he thought that would fix the issue but there would be an additional charge of $850.00 for the repair. Given that the system was only six months old when we turned on the air conditioner, for the first time, and that the noise issue appeared to be the result of an installation problem, we believe this should be covered under the original cost, not billed as a new repair and this is what we told them. To date, the company has not responded to our concerns or provided a satisfactory resolution. We have lost confidence in their service and communications. We are filing this complaint in hopes of getting the issue resolved and alert other customers of our experience. We would not recommend this company
