Our furnace was over 24 years old (we've been in this house for almost 2 years), and something caught fire in it overnight. We called "AVA Quality" LLC in the morning. This company was recommended to us by friends. Surprisingly, the support service responded immediately, unlike other companies we tried to reach before turning to our friends for a recommendation. We were informed that they would come to us today, to which I was very skeptical. However, ***** arrived on the same day. He explained the cause of the breakdown - it was a crack, and showed it to us, explaining that it was necessary to replace the equipment for our safety. We made a deposit for the replacement, and the next day a new furnace was installed. I had the pleasure of working with ***** and his team. All three of them came and installed the new furnace in one day. In addition, ***** was able to fix our humidifier (which had been leaking the entire time we lived here).******** from the office called today to check on us and make sure everything was okay. She offered us seasonal maintenance, which we will need when the summer season arrives. I know they are very busy during peak hours, but when we needed them, they made us feel like their only client. They were friendly, informative, and professional. I will always recommend them and cannot imagine going with another company as long as we live in this area.
