    I purchased a refurbished Octane Lateral X8000 Elliptical machine from Pound4Pound Fitness Equipment on August 24th. I initially contacted the business within a day of making the purchase due to some concerns I had about the width of the machine. I spoke with a *** who assured me there would be no issues with the machine being able to fit through my door once he took the legs off. The *** also indicated that he was going to pull the elliptical from inventory within a day and he should have it shipped to me by the week of Sept. 1st. I didn't hear from the *** last week, so I tried calling Sept. 4th for a status. No one answered. I used the contact feature on the website to request a cancellation. No one responded. I called the business again Sept 8th a recording advised to text for a fast response. I sent a text, no response. I tried using the chat feature on the website, it's always offline. I submitted another message requesting a cancellation and received no response. I called again Sept. 9th, no one answered and the mailbox was too full to leave a message. This business is very nonresponsive. I'm going out of town and I wanted to make contact with the business to discuss options for delivery of the equipment rather than cancel. But, it's impossible to get anyone on the phone. I don't want the equipment sitting in my driveway while I'm away, so I decided that the best course of action was to cancel the order. As stated above, I've requested cancellation of my order twice and the business has not responded. I've tried all avenues to resolve this at the lowest level, but it doesn't seem as if the business intends to cancel my order or provide a refund for equipment they haven't shipped yet. At this point, I don't want to patronize any business that doesn't respond to customer requests.
