I ordered on 17th of November 2020 _ I have sent letters to many ****** in their company but all I get from anybody is that It is still delayed but they are still selling them and sending to the new buyers every day - I WAS ONE of their first ****** to purchase the Jamstack 1 which I did receive and I wanted to give that one to my son when I received the Jamstack 2 but I have never been sent, my close to $ 300 purchase --- I contacted *********, who managed the pre-buy, many times and they say it is on the campaign owner (Jamstack) - I am a person who will not give up due to the ethics involved - It is a matter of what is right - PLEASE END THIS TODAY!!Initial Complaint

Purchased the Jamstack 2 08/18/24, no information on shipping date was provided. Emailed support several times and received only one email on 09/24/24: "Our sincere apologies for the delay in your order. No worries, our operations team is actively addressing back orders and are committed to delivering your order as soon as possible." Still no word on shipping. I want a refund and have emailed asking for one. This is ridiculous, and now seeing people have waited YEARS for theirs is even worse. I pre-ordered the Jamstack 2 on July 1st, 2022. This item has since been release and sold through their website, but my pre-order has yet to arrive. I've reached out and have been told multiple times they have low inventory and are working to get an update. I reached out via email on April 16th, 2024, then was told on the 17th they are waiting for "new stocks to fulfill" the order. The last update received on June 24th was that they have yet to receive an update from their operations team. This is ridiculous as the device was supposed to release summer of 2022. I purchased/supported Jamstack as a backer on Indiegogo in November 2020. Over the last 3+ years, It has been a constant string of frustrations, challenges, and shortcomings in dealing with the Jamstack organization. Their biggest issue: COMMUNICATION. Getting anyone to respond to an email, ******** post, or contact form through their website can weeks, and that's if they even respond at all. At first, it was delay after delay in the development, manufacturing, and then shipment of the product. True to form, communications from Jamstack were few and far between. The messages backers did receive were vague and offered no concrete dates. Anytime date periods were given, they were always "adjusted" later on, multiple times. After waiting over THREE YEARS, I finally received my Jamstack 2 unit in December 2023. However, as units were being shipped I received an email explaining that the unit won't work out of the box with Android phones and that the Android app was not yet available. To get the unit working with Android, it is necessary to update the firmware of the Jamstack. They provided instructions on how to do that, which I followed to the letter. After multiple attempts, I was unable to update the Jamstack. I have attempted to reach out to Jamstack support multiple times since December. I have even provided a video of the issue and submitted it to their team. I have received no response from anyone at Jamstack since January 6. It is now February 29. It's clear that the Jamstack team has zero desire to support their product or the people who supported them. Because of that, I have no interest in patronizing their business. I have asked twice for a full refund and have received no response. (Screen shots included) Stuff happens. Much of this happened during a difficult time under next to impossible and unpredictable circumstances. I legitimately understand. There is however NO EXCUSE for the complete lack of communication, customer care, and support.Initial Complaint

I paid $299.99 for a Jamstack 2 and have not received the product or a refund. I pre-ordered a Jamstack 2 on October 25, ************************************ early 2022. Two years later, in October, 2023, I received an email stating they were expecting to begin shipping soon. I asked for a refund and spoke to someone via email, but the refund was never given and now they are ignoring my requests. I've done nothing wrong except trust this company and wait for 2 years. There's no contact phone number available on their website and the phone number associated with BBB *************) appears to be disconnected. it's been over a month since I've received a response. I am rejecting this response because:
JAMSTACK has pushed back their fulfillment date more times than you can count on 2 hands. Myself as well as many others understood when the pandemic was a current event. This was despite the fact it had already been over a year prior i was told fall then summer then fall again. I ask you, does any viable start up or otherwise "business" have legal obligation in fufilling orders? Jamstack has gone far beyond the point of providing any sort of possible excuse for an in ability to fulfill thousands of orders. I have seen so many angry investors posting on every social media platform Jamstack creates. Each has had the same complaints as I, no reply, no delivery, no compliance and an over all feeling of being scammed. There was a point where I could have shown more paitence and chose to wait. That point is gone when Jamstack opens all new social media accounts so the complaints can be erased and blocks me from their new social media because myself and others called them out on it. JAMSTACK YOU HAVE SAID THE ***** FINAL PHASE AND CLOSE FOR 2 YEARS. EVEN **** HAS DELIVERED THE BRONCO AND YOUR AMP CANT BE FINISHED? I won't stand for this. You have insulted me by blocking me and ignoring me and I am not alone. I hope the BBB posts this in their public complaints so in time the others will find my complaint and we can all force you to face up to the laws you have broken and the $ you have stolen from you backers. You are required to deliver product in a time frame which you have far exceeded. How dare you still try to hide behind the pandemic. You have taken so long you have literally ruined your own product. It is no longer even original or anticipated. If u think I will let u lead me down a path of waiting for a refund for months that turn into years you are sadly mistaken. You need to be held accountable both legally and morally for your actions. You can not claim start up for 4 or 5 years. Your company has tge like of a phone sale scam company. They don't fulfill promise and they face fines and even jail. You have no right to ask any of the people to wait any longer as you hold their money.*************************

I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling like you've been scammed! I do understand your frustration in the waiting process - we've had to postpone the shipping date on several occasions due to closures and delays in the manufacturing chain. Those facts are frustrating for us all.
We're delighted to finally be in the end stages of the development of the Jamstack 2 smart amp. To convey this forward momentum to customers, we're planning to post a 'progress bar' on our website, so that updates in the process are visible to people as we edge nearer to our final shipment date. We're a small team here, and mostly musicians ourselves, and we're eager to get this amp out into your hands!
You mentioned "Money back has been requested with no reply 3 times." If you prefer to have your purchase refunded I can certainly set that in motion for you.
Our social media manager refers people over to the customer support team here when any questions arise, so I've reached out to you here to open this conversation. We did relaunch our channels there in anticipation of the upcoming product release for pre-orders. The Jamstack remains available for pre-order through our website, as well, in tandem with the accessories available for it. I've been testing out the Jamstack 2 amp myself at home, and running the firmware through its paces - we want to be sure we're putting out the best possible item.

We won't be automatically issuing refunds to individuals who pre-ordered the Jamstack 2 unit, because we're in the final stages of getting the Jamstack 2 smart amp ready for release to them. We're very grateful for the support of early Jamstack supporters, and continue to work toward the launch of the Jamstack 2 amp.
Our current projected shipping time is late summer / early fall 2023. To help address the concerns of folks like yourself who have been waiting on the JS2 release for quite some time, we've decided to post a progress bar on our website, with specific dates for benchmarks along the way, leading up to the shipment date.
