            My husband *********** have been customers of Mobil/Exxon for over 30 years without problems. Since Mobil changed over to Fleet/Wex Bank they continue to send me statements monthly, 11. Charges. I called them several times n told them I want to cancel my ************ gave me instructions to send n email on watermark business letterhead, which I told them I do not have. We r retired n no longer need their cards. I sent 2 or 3 emails since then n they continue to send me statements monthly n not cancelling us. I never heard of such a thing. Any time u want to cancel a credit card, you just call n let them know, destroy the ************ the end of it. Is there anything you can do to stop them from continuing to bill me for nothing. I do not owe them anything, but they continue to charge me by the month. Excluding this past year of which I didn t charge at all, The passed 3 years or so I only charged under 100. Per month n always paid it in full. I have no idea why they are not releasing me from this aggravation. Please advise.

            Opened a business account, paid promptly. Never had a late payment. One day one of the drivers went to fuel up - card declined. Called Exxon Mobil, they said account was suspended after a secondary review and I would be getting a letter. No warning, no reason for cancelling account. Absolutely horrendous customer service, Absurd. But I guess when they are making record profits they dont care about the little guy.Avoid f you are a small business!
