      I bought an Aries 2 stage snow thrower from them. There was an oil leak in the auger transmission. I called they picked it up last April. They let is sit outside in the weather all summer long. All the stickers were coming off and a lot of the parts were oxidized. I called them and told them I was not happy. They picked it back up, put generic stickers on it and painted the parts that were oxidized I used it for a total of three times last winter and when I put in my garage, I noticed the oil was leaking again I called. They told me they picked it up after about nine or 10 weeks. They finally made it to pick it up. The manager assured me they would get it repaired and return it right back to me. Now its been going on nine weeks. I still do not have the machine back. I called today. They havent even looked at it yet, when I spoke to the manager three weeks ago, he told me they were working on it right then and I should expect a call from the following week which I never received. For what I paid for that machine and how it looks now in the amount of time they had it. I just wanted to give me my money back what I paid for it and Ill go buy it from somewhere else. ***** two stage 24 deluxe price.

      The Attached are copies of the repairs related to this unit, Ariens ****** serial number ******, purchased 10/22/22. On September 21, 2023 we completed a repair for an oil seal leaking in the auger gearcase. Later that year, 10/25/23 we returned the unit to Mr ******************** of an issue with faded decals. At that time we replaced the decals with a kit provided by ******, the manufacturer and sealed 
      those decals to keep them intact on the unit. Early this year 3-11-24, Mr ******** called and noted that he still saw a small oil leak in the area we repaired. We explained that since it was spring and we were working on lawn equipment that it would be best to pick the unit up in the fall and look at it. We inspected the unit and let it sit in our shop on a cardboard box to see if we could identify a leak. It sat for a few weeks and we did not see any oil leaking. This Wednesday we started the unit and let it run for an hour and finally the leak surfaced. We inspected it again and determined that the complete auger gear case needed to be replaced. We contacted Mr ******** and told him we will replace the gear case FREE under the factory warranty. He was very irate and vulgar with my employee. I have today, 9/26/24, ordered the parts necessary to repair his unit and will do so as soon as the parts arrive.
