I honestly can't believe the disrespect this so called "state" facility allows. A job that requires you to "help" humans. NOT make their lives harder than they obviously, already are. Treat people how you want to be treated. We were taught this as children. Well most of us anyway. I sent 12 copies 12! Of the direct deposit authorization. Even stayed on the phone with a lady that said "yep, it's coming through right now" This was after already waiting 2 months for child support to come which I am aware has nothing to do with the unit. And googling the steps I needed to take, because ***** tells you after child support is established in court, what you need to do next, or how many different numbers you need to call, or how many different passwords, and codes you need. ***************************************************************** But guess what, the unit "doesn't have my D.D. info? Why? Noone knows. And instead of trying to figure it out, I was rushed off the phone by this lady, and told "you can send it in the mail" So my finace calls, gets a nice gentleman on the phone. He once again takes the time to make sure it went through but since I signed my signature with my phone it needs an "actual" signature even though I actually signed it with my stylus. So I send it again. So now because of their mess up I get to have a check sent to me and they waited till the end of the day to send the letter. Why? Because they can. Because their lives are not effected. Because people are just another number to them. And for some reason people who work for the state, sound like they are just miserable. I wish I could make that kind of money just to be the middle man to recieve and send money. It cost NOTHING to have respect, manners, and compassion. I pray someone actually listens to the phone calls and acknowledges the ones that are rude as well as the ones that are great. Like *******.
