I have been an **** customer for many years. The company has not been accountable for providing customers with information to help with their iPhones so I have to search for help myself by contacting *****. I am a technician so I figure out many things without them or speak with their techs to get things done. My concern today is about something else. The latest problem is the ************ service they now offer. The pattern has been: the monthly due date keeps changing without my knowledge or consent (or at least I can't find it online). Once I miss the payment date I am immediately sent multiple emails and notices in my account threatening to shut off my service. After months of this, I finally spoke with someone today who states that a virtual payment is the only way I can make a payment. This is one of the most unsecure ways to make payments in my professional opinion. To point, the reason I am late paying this month is partly due to an issue that had to be resolved because of a different virtual card issue that was keeping my bank account in limbo. I tried to pay ************ later into the day with a new card to pay was with a new card and my online account would not accept it, and I was given a waiting time of 3 hours, time that I just don't have. This is to make a one-time payment of $65.60, the total amount I owe. Technically, they are refusing payment and from what I understand of the law, that means I no longer owe them. The pattern with Air Internet has been that URGENT notifications to pay seem happen at the end of the week for one late payment. Then, there is no one available to take payments over the weekend when I would have more time to compensate for what they are clearly not getting done. I want the harassment to stop and that I receive help from **** to help either resolve the issue or help me with a smooth transition to a company who can manage my simple lifestyle.AN
