Date of Transaction-4/14/2025. Contract #***** w/ReVamp Deck for deck & railing project for replacement of existing structure. Grand total-$38,000.00; deposit amount $9,500.00 paid via personal check. Remaining balance, $28,500.00 financed through ******* home improvement loan with monthly payments beginning 7/13/2025. Verbal confirmation 4/14/2025 on site with **** ****** included replacement of entire structure, quantity of stairs, height of deck railing to match existing structure to maintain historical significance of designated property, & permit details to be handled by ReVamp; not reflected on contract. On May 8, 2025 *** was on site to confirm project details; discrepancies were voiced & noted by worker at that time. Most notably that job was to be a "resurface", not a complete replacement. Project was projected to begin late June or early July. Consumer was informed that project details would be made available when complete. On 5/23/2024 I emailed **** stating that details had not yet arrived. I received a prompt phone call from **** ("calling for ************ acknowledging that "a mistake had been made; whole thing needs to be replaced, & ReVamp would eat the cost". I did not receive project details until 8:30 PM on 6/20/2025 after again requesting them through *******. Of note-the railing height was listed as 36 inches high (instead of existing 30 inches) due to residential code. A dog ramp was also to be replaced with as is dimensions; details state that "that will be figured out on site". However, ********** crew were on site 6/19/2025 & stated that the ramp would need to be *** accessible to pass ************* this point, the lack of *********************** have caused frustration for both parties. I, as the consumer am not exactly sure what my $38,000.00 investment includes. I am also striving to maintain the Greek Revival architectural significance for which this structure is included in the National Register Of Historic Places.

1, Date of Transaction April 14, 2025 2. I paid $1540 down payment. 3. The business was going to install an epoxy based (Evolution Flake) on my garage at my home residence of ********************************************************************. Within 2 days of signing the contract (04/16/2025) I called the Salesman ****** ***** to cancel the contract because of an emergency that came up and that I needed the money back. and he (****** ) told me that it was good that I was calling him with a plenty of time. He said he was going to talk to his supervisor. He (******) was supposed to get back to me and he didn't so I called him back on the same day (04/16/2025) to see what his supervisor had said. ****** said that his supervisor hadn't gotten back to him. So I called the company Deluxe Garages in **************, ***** at ************** and the receptionist (******) told me that I had to speak to ****** because he was the one who made the contract. I told her that I had already spoken to ****** and ****** told me that I had talk to ***** the main manager of the store. She (******) said that she would give him (*****) my message so he can call me back. He (*****) never called me back. So I called Deluxe Garages back on Monday (04/28/2025) and ****** already knew who I was because of my phone number on the caller ID. ****** told me that ***** was not in the office. Within an hour or so I called ****** again at the Deluxe Garages and I told them that I needed to talk to *****. I was getting the run around saying they had to talk to their supervisors to let the days pass and no one called me from the company. On the same day (04/28/2025) I called ****** the salesman 5 different times and I called ***** 4 times. I spoke to ***** one time on the same day and he told me that I should talk to ****** the salesman. I told him I already spoke with ****** the salesman and ***** told me then he had to talk to his manager. Everybody was talking to their managers and no resolution. Need a refund.
