    the company somehow managed to get my bank to issue them a payment of 457 dollars. which I had no knowledge of and my bank account went **** in debt that I had to pull from savings. I had just opened the bank account after closing it two year prior due to the banks lack of availability to tell me why my money was always disappearing

    I paid my car insurance payment to Direct Auto using my Emerald Card on March of 2023. The payment was to reinstate my current liability car insurance then pay months in advance, per the statement I received after the payment was made. I knew Id have another payment due in June or July so in June, I verified the next due date. When I called, I was told while the company (Direct Auto) accepted my payment totaling $323.81 on March 2023, the services promised by the company were not rendered and although the payment was accepted, my car insurance was not reinstated. I have asked for a refund and filed a dispute through H&R Block Emerald card for the transaction on June 15th. It is now August 21, 2023 and I have yet to receive a refund. H&R Block emerald card originally communicated in July there would be an update however there was not and they asked that I wait until august 17th. On august 17th, there was still not a resolution and when I called today, I was told to allow them until September 3rd. I have submitted receipts, correspondence with the company and I am begging for my money back, immediately. I keep explaining to them I want my money back to obtain car insurance from another company, not that it should matter to them.

    The emerald card / H&R Block have locked me out of my card they claim its due to fraud however they cant tell me how there was fraud on the card they wont let me verify my identity and they wont let me speak to fraud department or a supervisor they said they would contact me in 5 business days that time has pasted I was told this 8/10/23 it is 8/18/2023 and they have yet to contact me they said if I go into a local office they can issue me another card I did this and my account is locked out they are with holding ***** of my state refund they claim it due to fraud they have left notes on my account so they said but I have no means of access to my money I dont owe them anything for any reason so I dont understand why they wont let me verify my identity and have access to the funds or at least mail me a paper check I have spoken to the state they said that there is nothing they can do unless H&R Block sends the money back to them

    The *** sent my refund to HBblock/Emerald Bank account on March 8, 2023 but I haven't received it yet. The amount is about $1311.00. I've called Both HRblock and the *** and they both confirmed that it's in the emerald bank account. I've called ******************** bank's customer service and they keep telling me "it'll be mailed" which I don't understand because the other 2 parties confirmed that it's been deposited on the 8th of March. I don't what else to do. If you know another way I can resolve this please point me in the direction.Thank you for your time and sorry for the inconvenience. Best regards,*****

    Yes I filed my taxes online with a h&R block tax pro paid services for audit protection and peace of mind and they mailed me my tax refund check from a refund transfer but forgot to put my apt so I never received my tax refund. So they said they could cancel the check that I had to wait for them to get the check back in the mail of till my refund check expired 90 days from April 6,2023 before they will reissue my refund. So fax them a client check replacement form and my direct deposit information with a Voided check and I called and they said they haven't got it and won't release my funds. Please help me to have my refund replaced and fees paid to them for service reimbursed due to all the mistakes made on there part. My apt number was clearly on my refund information and they made the mistake of not filling out complete address when my refund check was mailed to me. Thank You

    On the 14th I called emerald card and told them my card had been stolen ans there was **** of unauthorized charges. Asked why it wasnt red flagged and told them to cancel rhe card. They said they cancelled the card and would put it Forward into the fraud department. A few days later my son said something about a PlayStation purchase which informed me that the card had not been canceled. When I called and asked about the card not being canceled they said it was under investigation and could not cancel the card. The card was fraudulently used until the 23rd when I finally got a hold of spruce Bank who was able to cancel the card and put forth another fraudulent claim. She said they would touch base with me in a few days where I would give a detailed written statement along with a police report to email back to them. 3 days later I called back to inform them that I had not yet received an email and which they told me it had only been a few days don't worry about it. While I was on the phone with the bank I received a generic text message saying that my claim had been denied and I would receive a letter in the mail within 7 to 10 business days to inform me why. The cops are Prosecuting The Man Who Stole My Money so I'm not sure why they would hold me accountable especially when they refuse to cancel the card. So for three days I've been on hold transferred and hung up on trying to speak with someone that can help me. I have never been treated so poorly Not only was I violated by the gentleman Who Stole My Money I was violated by a company that I trusted for over 10 years

    I tried to make an ach transfer from my emerald card account to my **** of America account. For some reason my bank rejected it so it never even made it to my **** of America account. It was for $500. The emerald card customer service is holding onto my money saying that b of a never released the funds which is not true. I spoke with my bank and the funds have no where to be held. I need my $500. This is crazy. No one in customer service will help me. The $500 went back to my emerald card and then they took it right back out. Pls help me. I am a single mom of two and I really need my money

    I have contacted Emerald card numerous times in the last couple of days requesting information on my account to be changed so I am able to have access to my online account. I really should not have to explain why I need the online access to my account it should just be given to me just as every other customer that has an account here. My email WAS NOT UPDATED and my PHONE NUMBER WAS NOT UPDATED leaving me without access to my account again! I confirmed with 3 different agents that my account information was changed IT WAS NOT! in addition, I was given information from someone else's account stating I had a pending deposit for ****** and some change for a company I don't work for. This company's negligence has caused me a financial burden by leaving me to sleep OUTSIDE BECAUSE THEY DID NOT SIMPLY UPDATE MY INFORMATION!

    After using my card at a local business on March 4, 2023 my card information was used to withdrawal 7 transactions at an atm. Upon receipt of text notification that money was being withdrawn from the account i immediately called customer service in which they continued to allow the transactions to keep going through. They claim to be a safe insured company, however, even after a full local police investigation as they required before I was able to get my money returned to me i still have yet to receive the money back. I now am receiving no returned phone calls from their investigator. I have done everything they have asked and not only has my issue still remained unsolved but also there has been no return contact in regards to the promised return of funds.
