    I had my trees trimmed and one removed on July 17, 2025. I paid the owner ******* (****) ****** $1620.00 in cash for the work performed. I asked for a paid paper receipt. **** stated they have a new computer program and it's challenging for them to provide a paper receipt. I explained to him I am entitled to a receipt. I explained I don't want one emailed to me because I don't have a printer. He stated he will mail me one. In the meanwhile he emailed me a receipt which is worthless to me. Three weeks have passed I still do not have a paper receipt. I called a couple of times and spoke with an employee, ****, to request a paper paid receipt. He was unkind and non-compliant. He had several excuses not to send me a paid paper receipt. The only thing I need is a paper receipt mailed to me. This is very frustrating for me. I would of never used this service if I knew I wasn't going to receive a paid receipt.
