    May 18th I was going to purchase a vehicle from ******* ******* I was told I had to get insurance before leaving the dealership. So I was quoted by indigo insurance in ******* ******** 695$ for deposit a first month: so I paid it. Another issue occurred and I decided I didnt want the car. So called ***** mins after payying for it. The lady tells me it would be refunded by check. I was quite annoyed, cause I didnt pay you that way! So then couple days later she decided to refund $110. Stil owing me 585$ and still says that they will send me a check. It will come from my alliance so I called them and they started that she gave them 470 for deposit and first month. So now Im even more mad. Cause I found out you quoted me higher than what was actually quoted. My alliance sent me the invoice. So I texted the lady and got no answer for two days. The contact number on ****** for them is the same as the number shes texting me from. My alliance gave me a number to contact them, and got the same lady but she put me on hold and never got back on the callt nor answered any time when I called. Several timers, and finally I get that same lady, so this lady ignored me for days. And finally two days ago she responded she goes to say, I dont get my other $110 because MVR and clear code fees, now your just throwing things out to say. No insurance charges MVR fees. And clear code fees. And especially not $110 worth. So for days she ignored me and then responds to tell me I dont get it back and to make up lies. If this was the case of fees, why wouldnt you say the insurance is quoted at 470 today and with fees blah blah. But no. She did not. And anytime speaking about me getting my refund before being ignored, before getting the check when I kept saying why cant you refund my 585$ by card did she say well you will only get such amount because such fees are non refundable: she never mentioned any ever. I want my 110$ back and never do business again with her.

    I purchased insurance for a new car I was approved for at the dealership I was sitting at, indigo insurance told me Id have to pay $695. So I did such, well not even 30 mins after paying that, something happened at the dealership, did not get the car, and I called the insurance company and immediately cancelled it! So she said a check would be refunded to me. I also said why do I have to wait for a check when I paid when my card? Just reverse it. Well come to find out she got my insurance through another agency. So I had called them cause they are the ones that sent my check. Do I finally get this check, and I see its only for 470$!!!? Mind you the lady from indigo insurance rended me $110, back to my card. So I I have been calling lady, called her office, and her cell and Im getting no responses. I should have gotten 585$ refunded. Not 470$. I would have never had some last find me insurance! I was under the impression she was an insurance company. When I talked to the actual insurance company she had set me up with American alliance the underwriting lady screamed at me. Saying I dont know my math. When I finally got it through her head how shes wrong and clearly cant do math or listen, she wants to say ug well that has nothing to do with us, you need to contact them like no, them two companies worked together. And they need to work together to get the rest of my money back of 110$.She only refunded me back 110. The company did 470. They still owe me 110. I feel like this whole insurance company is fraud. And scammish. I uploaded pics of conversation about what I was refunded, and she stated I would get it. Receipts of me paying what she only refunded.

    On the recommendation of ***************** I put $390 down supposedly to Unique Insurance on Saturday, Feb. 10th. On Tuesday, Feb. 20th I received a text message stating that I had a payment due on Friday, Feb. 23 exactly 13 days after my down payment. I just knew this couldnt be right, so I ignored it. On Tuesday, March 5, I received another text message stating that my insurance would be cancelled if I did pay $236 by March 7 @ 12:01 am, which is exactly 26 days after my downpayment of $390. $207.60 not accounted for.After speaking with Unique, I was told that they received a downpayment of $182.40. ******** suggested this insurance company and I was led to believe that I was paying money directly to Unique insurance not an agency. I have never and would never pay an agency to find me auto insurance.I called this Indigo Insurance Corp. yesterday, March 6 to find out what happened to my $207.60 and she started rattling off $75 agency fee, Clue report fee, etc.Today March 7th I tried calling ************ and got no answer twice and the mailbox is full.I need Lord to find out with this company what happened to my $207.60 and why wasnt I aware that this is their normal and why was I told this was Unique Insurance and not a 2nd party.Indigo Insurance Agency ********************************************************* ~15.5 mi ************** Not a valid number
