            I purchased a wig from this store not 30 days ago. This was a $384 wig that was advertised as good quality and made cheaply!!! The manager did not speak with me and sent a black worker to speak to me because I was black. I was told they were going to do nothing and no apology or compensation was offered. I asked to speak with a manager and no assistance was provided.

            This store sell old sample products without a seal on it, the product I bought was dark brown colored edge control. When I got home and opened the edge control it was hard and dried out. I returned to this store for an exchange and found out that all of the sample size edge control were all dried out and put on the shelves for customers to buy. I decided to get another brand to exchange and when I got to the register with my receipt the young lady informed me that there is no exchange or refund on items without a seal. The store purposely put out dated or damaged items without a seal intentionally to make money and then they print in small faded letters on the receipt saying no returns or refunds in items without a seal. This company should be inspected because if someone buys a chemical product thats out dated or damaged it can cause serious injuries. NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN ??
