- Shed returns are rare but we understand that every situation is unique. The average shed weighs approximately 1500 pounds and is delivered by one of our agents at a scheduled time. If you ordered one of our standard models listed on the website and want to cancel before the agent has left the warehouse, we will gladly provide you a full refund.
If you want to cancel your order after it has already been shipped, is en-route or already reached your area, you will be charged the total cost of shipping that will be deducted from your refund. If the product is returned and is not in its’ original container we will need to add an additional 15% repacking and restocking fee. We hope you understand this policy. - Business Categories
