              I contracted ASI to fix my roof and my siding after a hailstorm in May of 2019. ASI stated they could help me get new siding on my house because of the damage. Allstate didn't agree and issued a small check to repair some of the damage. ASI encouraged me to use a third party to go after the insurance agency. Finally in late 2020 I got a check for the total amount written out to Me, ASI and the third party company. ASI is non responsive and I cannot get the check cashed nor can I get a hold of anyone to get the original Allstate check money back. ASI is through non responsiveness is not allowing me access to around $20,000.

              They made two different appointments to come to look at my garage roof. First time no call no show. Then about a week later they called and said there was a scheduling conflict and apologized. Made another appointment and again no call no show.
