    Incident Date: December 20, 2024 On December 20, 2024, I went to No Limit Auto Performance to purchase wheels and tires for my 2019 *** 750i X Drive. I provided the specific wheel and tire sizes required for my car:Tire Sizes:Front: 245/40 R20 Rear: 275/35 R20 I asked the agent, Hamish, if they needed my Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to ensure accuracy. Hamish responded, No. I also inquired about their policy in case the delivered items did not fit my vehicle. Hamish assured me there would be no issue, stating, We will just do drop shipping to returnno problem.Later, I called to confirm that the tires were correctly ordered and specified that I needed run-flat tires. I was informed that run-flat tires would cost an additional $500, which I agreed to pay. By this point, I had sent a total of $2,500 to No Limit Auto Performance via Zelle.When the items were delivered, I found they had sent:Four tires of size 275/35 R20,Four wheels of size 20x8.5.According to **** specifications, this setup is incompatible. My car requires a staggered setup:Front wheels: 20x8.5 Rear wheels: 20x10 .I contacted *****, the manager at No Limit Auto Performance, and explained the issue. During several video chats, I showed him that the wheels and tires had not been mounted or used. He was convinced and so We signed an agreement for equal exchange, and ***** sent me shipping labels to return the items. I returned everything using FedEx.After receiving the items, ***** claimed one wheel was used and another was damaged, stating I needed to pay an additional $900 to receive the replacement setup. At this point, ***** has both the returned items and my $2,500. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter, he has refused to refund my money or replace the items as agreed.I believe this is a deliberate attempt to defraud me, taking advantage of the fact that I live out of state.
