    Received order confirmation over a week a go. Money has left my account. Haven't received shipping info or any update. Reached out to business 4 times and haven't had a reply.

    I placed an order on March 26, 2025 with Misthub for 4 disposable vapes. My order was supposed to be delivered on April 3, 2025 and I never received the order. I have wrote 2 reviews on their website and I have sent them an email and no one has responded to me. I received an automatic email from the poor review i wrote and have responded to it twice now and still nothing from Misthub.

    I got less than half my order because they didn't put enough postage on my package and lost money. They made no efforts to make amends. I'm not even getting my $15+ shipping refunded after **** states they messed up the shipping as you can see from screenshots. And order protection was a waste of money too. I deserve my shipping and order protection refunded... why would i need to use order protection to protectme against errors their business made?!

    "As a one-time courtesy, we will refund you the shipping fee for the entire order you have placed. It has been issued to your account with us through a $20 gift card/code which you can you towards your next purchase.



    Future instances if and when your order encounters the same issue of having "Unpaid Postage", you can let us know as soon as you find out and we'll always be able to reship OR refund the products in case they are out of stock. **** does not notify us of these unpaid postage errors unfortunately.

    A few weeks ago I ordered ***** from an online company. 5 out of 10 did not work. I tried contacting the company. None of their phone numbers work and can only be done by email. They offered for me to mail them back and they will determine if I can be compensated. My problem is, I paid for a new working product and they were not. I am offered zero guarantee when I return them. I must pay for shipping. I asked if I could have them just replace the non working ones and they told me no. I would have to reorder which means I would have to repay shipping again. They offered 10% discount which isnt even half the shipping. I am seeking to have replacements sent to me.

    Bought two items off their website with my first order one item arrived defective so they issued me a gift card which I then used to purchase two more items ( one using the gift card and then paying the difference with my debit) and the item that I used the gift card on wasnt in stock so they decided to give me a refund. Now instead of refunding to my debit card which is what was used for the purchase they just decided oh h*** well just give you that $ back on your gift card so you have to shop at our s***** a** store again? What a f****** scam of a business!

    I placed an order on June 10th, ************************************** 2 shipments. The order shows as fulfilled on their website. One bottle of liquid was missing from the order completely. On their website, they have a contact us section, but the link for their live chat option is not clickable. and there is no other contact information listed. They also make you pay for "Order protection" which seems to be the only way to report problems with your order. Seems like a really scammy business practice.

    We sincerely apologize for the delayed response as this has fallen under our spam folder.

    We believe that we have already compensated the customer with the appropriate amount as the order protection purchased by the customer handled this already. The customer was already refunded for the missing item last June 20, 2024 as she has already filed a claim through order protection. The item in question was not shipped out due to the lack of inventory at the time of fulfillment. We sincerely apologize for this matter. We however, did not receive any complaint through our customer service email. The refund included the appropriate taxation that came with the out of stock item.

    I noticed that even tracking my order of was being sent to the other side of the country. I've called at least 4 different phone numbers that do not work, and they haven't responded to any of my emails, but they sl seem to send me advertisements. Also it said that a roadman9k.com was who I was booked by. And when you call them. **************, it gives you a message saying there's a high call volume.

    To address this issue, we have received this concern and addressed it accordingly already. We received the complaint of one shipment being shipped to our warehouse in *********. This is due to the NY state regulations preventing direct shipment from one of our warehouses directly to **. We have informed the customer of this issue. We have also received only a single email regarding this and have responded accordingly. As for the calls, we were going through a transition period at that point in time and that rodman9k is also associated with us. 

    We have provided photos supporting these facts.

    We believe that this issue was already addressed accordingly and that the customer already received the parcel being disputed as stated by the tracking information. The provided image of the tracking information we have attached is the only one that has been redirected to our warehouse. The other 2 shipments have been shipped and delivered to the customer according to USPS.

    On 2/26/2024 I ordered off Misthub's online site.I haven't received my order and the number listed on there site is not working.

    this matter has already been resolved as the customer already filed a chargeback for the issue. 

    it seems **** has lost this parcel after picking it up from our warehouse before it got the chance to get scanned. 

    We also provided a photo of the last interaction and response of the customer to our attempt to resolve this matter. We have issued refunds for the items that were out of stock and that the parcel has been packed

    Placed an order on the vendors website on Nov 18th with estimated shipping to arrive at my location within ***** days. 10 days after the order was placed, there has been no shipping confirmation...and reaching out to the merchant has been nothing but a stall. I originally reached out to them on Nov 25th, and was told that it might take a little longer than expected. I reached out again on Nov 28th and asked them to provide me tracking information or cancel the order. I was then informed that they would not cancel the order until they could get confirmation of shipping which could take up to 3 buisness days. I then told them that if there has been no tracking information, then the item has not shipped. Overall, this has been a bad experience from a company who is refusing to refund due to their own logistical issues and appears to be trying anything to prevent returning my money. In the mean time, my resources are tied...preventing me from purchasing elsewhere.
