      Stay away. We had a technician come out and quote a repair to a washing machine. This was around 800$, so we point blank asked if we would be better off buying a new machine. He said no, we paid, service done. After he left washing machine still not working even once. It was showing same error codes. They say it's different codes, but I have pictures of the codes on my phone. It is now leaking to the extent the water dripped down to the first level of my house. We never had similar leaking. We were told at initial visit a small amount of leaking was due to overloading machine. Technician comes back 3 days later. We are told there is a rip in the rubber seal of the front loading washer and thats why it is leaking and unusable. You would think a technician would notice a supposedly 'huge' rip at initial visit. We are told now there is probably an issue with the control board and it still isn't fixed. They got it to run once, but tell me it could start erroring again at any time and its not safe to use with large rip. They ask me to sign something absolving them of liability, I say no. They leave, the last thing they tell me is that its not safe to use.

      Hello! We resolved the issue with the customer  on Dec *******. ******** was very satisfied and  deleted reviews from all platforms. I have a call recording from that day if needed. Please let me know what we can do now.
