    The Business has addressed my concerns outside of addressing the BBB in reference to complaint ID ********. My issue is resolved and my complaint can be closed.

    ***** ******I overnighted a Cashier's check for ******* to the address provided. It is also key that my friend sent his check to that address as well. Over the weekend, both of our checks arrived at the same address (see screen shot confirming delivery):Cardiss ******* *************************************************** When I saw this, I immediately expressed concern that this was not the correct location. I called **** ******* to clarify this, and I was unable to get a reasonable response about whether this was the correct address. I then escalated to ****** boss, named **** (I do not have his last name) through their customer service line. He expressed to me that this was indeed the correct location of the ** box. Just now however, both my friend and I were made aware that they did NOT receive the check. We both explained that this seemed odd, as our checks both went to the same place. They said their is nothing else they could do. This really concerns me for a scamming business practice.
