      DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. If you do use your credit card and get things in writing. We called them guys when our ** laundry gasket broke (one of the most popular machines.) They said the part would take 3-5 days. I've regularly checked in with them and just been told it was on order. After 9 days, and multiple wrong ETAs I told them I would needed to cancel and use someone else. They told me their supplier had 100 % guaranteed part the next day (attached). After waiting around half the day they called to tell me it still was not in. We paid $250 deposit for the part. I was told that this was non refundable. I signed a box on a phone but received no paperwork for this. Obviously any business owner can make an exception to a policy like this, but this company will not. They continue to say it is non refundable. My husband thinks its a scam company with fake reviews. Either way, were using someone else, but I wanted to let anyone else know about this experience in case it helped.
