              My billing statements have changed every few months for years with no notice of price increase they just do it whenever they feel like it. They make it nearly impossible to cancel their service contract without paying a huge fee.

              I own two apartment buildings, and a business, and they are reasonably priced. I have been with SBC Waste since COVID, and I have never had an interruption in service.I recently recommended them to a friend after their ************* ******* jacked their rates for the second time in a year. That ******* ( R******* W****) does that to everyone. SBC did charge me for extra costs in my second year, but ******* explained that I shouldn't have put concrete in my dumpster (oops...I replaced a rear staircase at on of my units). My workers did it.After a couple conversations, I couldn't get out of the whole charge for overages, but they did reduce my rate, because all companies do charge for concrete. They really worked to explain it to me.But I would recommend them over those big haulers.
