I bought a car from them online with a trade in. It took 4 weeks for them to deliver and pick up the trade in If i hadn't called several times each week, it would have probably taken longer. The very next day after receiving the car, I took it to a dealership for a complete check up. Mind you I had to pay $1,400 for the needed repairs and I'm still not finished getting everything needed done to it. The terrible thing is I paid for an extended warranty in the price of the car and here it is 1 week shy of 2 months that I purchased the car and they HAVE NOT sent their payment in to my warranty company to activate the warranty; so I can't even use it for the services I still need to get done yet (transmission [becausethe car makes a knocking sounds when i accelerate], struts, shocks, and tire rods). Not only that problem, but Midway Autohaus has still not paid the payoff for the car I traded in and they've had it for more than 30 days. Each time I call someone different will tell me it's in the mail (mind you it's going on weeks now). But when I call my bank to verify payment, it's not paid. Oh and I'm still having to pay on a car that I no longer have because I traded it in to them and they have not paid the payoff. Remember, this transaction took place on 5-7-25 and today is 6-24-25. I am now moving forward with contacting the Attorney General for their area and starting an arbitration complaint. This company has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They run circles around you and take their time on everything. I wish I had read all of the BBB complaints before I completed my transaction with them. It's just terrible to be treated in such a manner with a business. Please, DO NOT do business with them. It will not be a good or happy experience. You will be disappointed having to push for them to get things done that their already suppose to do.

I do not recommend going to Midway Autohaus at all! I bought my ********************************* August (about 10 months ago). I understand a used car will have wear and tear, and general maintenance issues, but I feel like I've been back to the mechanic every month. I've needed wheel bearings replaced, along with other parts, and have already spent over $1,000 on repairs... As of a couple days ago, the car won't accelerate. Turns out I'm going to need the whole transmission replaced, which will cost almost $4,000!Dealerships won't even buy the car off me cuz upon their inspection, the car has structural damage, which was not disclosed and you can't tell my just looking at it. I regret going there and wish I would've went somewhere else instead.

Hi *******, I do see you purchased a 2015 **** Focus with 111K miles on it 08/19/2022, a full inspection report was provided at the time of sale and the car was in good condition with no known existing issues. Please see attached. The vehicle was purchased AS-IS and unfortunately you made the decision to decline all extended vehicle service contracts offered to you, that would have prevented you from having to deal with out of pocket repairs. You're welcome to bring the vehicle to ** to inspect, appraise and we'll make you an offer for it. I did review the current vehicle history report and see the car was involved in accident recently 4/23/2023 which will further depreciate its value, but we'll pay you top dollar to trade you out of it. Please email me and let me know when you'd like to stop by *******************************

Save yourself trouble and do not buy a car from this dealership. I bought a 2014 **** Focus at the end of February and not even a month later, my car started to stall while I was driving it. I now have to pay $4,000 for a new transmission after not even having the car for a month. When I called the dealership, they just said they won't cover the cost because I did not buy an extended warranty (the warranty it comes with only lasts 15 days..beware). They also tried to sell me the car with bald tires and I had to convince them to replace the tires before I bought the car. The staff may seem friendly, but do not trust them.

These people are criminals! Do not shop here!Last Saturday I came into the dealership with my Mom to test drive a 2014 ********************** with one of the sales representatives, ***. I really liked the car so I decided to have them hold it until Monday so that it wasnt sold. They required me to do a $200 deposit and said it would be refundable if I decided not to purchase it. We returned on Monday to move forward with the purchasing process. The finance guy, ***** tried to offer me the 9 year old car for almost $20,000. How outrageous! Immediately, I said no and attempted to negotiate as the value of the car was significantly lower. ***** and one of the other workers, *** continuously tried to push me toward financing the car. I found this very strange as I repeatedly said that I was not planning to do so and would be paying in cash. Suddenly the bait and switch happened. Out of nowhere, *** changed from being a nice guy to a monster where he was angry and being very aggressive. We were in complete shock and totally uncomfortable. All we wanted to do is depart from the establishment as quickly as possible. We repeatedly asked ***** to give me a refund for the $200 deposit and he refused to do so. This place is a total fraud. During my 2 visits, we witnessed several inappropriate conversations, one of the workers was openly vaping, and the bathroom was disgusting. Please run far away from this place and take your money elsewhere. These people are very unprofessional and criminals who will steal your money.Save yourself the headache and believe the awful ****** and Yelp reviews as well as the reviews and complaints about this dealership on the Better Business Bureau.

I bought this car online, long distance, from ******. Because I couldn't see the car in person, I had to "trust" the salesperson, ****, on his description of the vehicle. He did a Facetime video of the car and when I asked about the white spots on the back ************ of the car, he told me it was just dirt and that it would wash off. I specifically asked him about the paint condition of the car because I was concerned that this might be more than just "dirt". He told me the **************** were in great condition. When the car was shipped to me I immediately encountered two problems: the white spots were large bleach stains all over the trunk which was serious paint damage, very visible. Also the dealer claimed it would ***********-8 weeks, or more, to send me the title, even though I had already paid for the car in full with cash. I had to threaten them with legal action to get the title, which I finally received a week later. They still have not responded to my numerous attempts to get them to address the misrepresentation of the paint damage on the trunk which will cost me $622 to repair. I have now no other choice but to escalate this complaint to the ******** Attorney General. If you decide to do business with these people, take extreme caution. Check the car out thoroughly before and make sure they have a legal title. Regardless of what B.S. they tell you, it is illegal in the state of ******** for an auto dealer to sell a car to a buyer without a title.

I wont recommend this to someone who had a 400 credit score. There are typical sales men just trying to make a buck. I saw your lemon with the blink of an eye stay away they do not stand by you after your purchase. *** had nothing but problems with the car with wheels falling off and they knew this car was a lemon Im not the first complaint look them. They have so many complaints in the last two years. Stay away from there just because youre hard up for a car in your credit score is low its not worth it stay away, especially from Bill the worst salesman ever swashbuckler.
