The business did work 2/8/21 and we saw some deterioration we felt was under the 1 year warranty. We sent this letter to the Company without any response:December 14, 2021 ***************************** Director of Sales Rose Paving LLC *************************************** Without Prejudice Certified Mail Receipt Requested Dear ************************:We regret having to take this step in resolving the warranty work at Magnolia Manor. We contacted Rose Paving to request an inspection of the workmanship of paving done early in 2021 and to look at some additional work we are planning. When your company discovered there was warranty work needed, we were told somebody higher up had to make those decisions.Our director *******************************, first contacted Rose Paving on October 20th and on October 21st ***************** came by to inspect and prepare a quote. Once he realized he didnt have authority to authorize those warranty repairs, he had ********************************* look at the job on October 25th. He provided a quote on October 29th on the two areas of the park and the repair from your paving job last February.When ************************ realized part of the job was warranty, he said we had to speak to you, the Director of Sales. You finally met ************************ on November 23rd and you promised him that on the Tuesday followingThanksgiving you would have a plan to him to make the warranty repairs. However, to this date no plan has been presented, and numerous calls and one email have gone unanswered.Magnolia Manor feels that plenty of time has been given to your company to resolve this matter. Due to the fact that the end of the warranty period is less than 2 months away, we need this resolved immediately.If a plan to resolve this matter with definite deadlines is not received by Magnolia Manor by December 23. 2021, we will have no other choice but to refer it to our lawyer for legal action.Customer response
