    Date of Transaction: June 3rd 2024 Amount paid: $3,750 We had paid Atlantic Express Corporation for 3 car cargo container to transfer a boat and trailer from ******* to the port of ***** in ********- We were informed that we would have to return with proper documents to be able to proceed with shipment- a week later, we can back and found out that the boat and trailer were shipped out anyway. Upon arrival to *****, we were extremely disappointed to find that:-There were three other vehicles loaded in the same container from their other customers WITHOUT our permission.-The boat and the trailer have suffered significant damage costing upwards of $3000.-The trailer was unusable, so the boat and trailer had to be transported via land freight from ***** to ***** which cost another $1000.-We have sent the first email out to Atlantic Express on Feb 7 of this year- after multiple follow **** we have finally gotten in touch with Aras, the director of sales and operations.-We were initially offered $2000 which we find to be unfair- we have given them a counteroffer of $6000 as not only were we charged for a full container that they ended up using with other clients' vehicles, but our cargo was also mishandled. This is a case of overcharging and a direct misuse of the rental space Atlantic Express, and I agreed to.-We were given a 2nd offer of $4100 which we again do not feel is fair.-We have not heard back from anyone from the company since June 13th of this year- We have sent two emails to Aras to consider our counteroffer, but no response was given.-We have filed this complaint as this has been going on for too long now and we just want to be given the amount that is fair to us. We would be willing to consider this case closed as long as they compensate us the amount of $6000 which is extremely fair given the circumstances.

    Dear madam or sir,Atlantic Express Corporation falsely lures people into shipping with their company and they are currently retaining 2 of my packages unlawfully:1. Packages number M315573 and M 315 877 were shipped on February 24th 2025 and February 10th 2025 respectively, and they arrived in ******* on June 13th and May 20th; both packages had shipment delays and I was promised a refund/ credit by Gyunteras, which was never applied.The cost for these shipments was $58.68 and $55.60, or $114.28 together.2. Packages M224465 and M224466 were shipped both on April 14th, 2025, and they arrived at their delivery warehouse in *********, ******* since July 7th for the first package and July 17th for the second. Since then, Atlantic Express Corporation is detaining my packages illegally in *******, demanding fees for Customs that are not real. I always asked about shipping, insurance, and fees before shipping and this company and their employees are practicing a deceitful policy, in which they are advertising for shipping without any additional fees for packages valued under $50. I specifically asked **** at the location on ********* about any additional fees for the packages and he kept on writing $50 on my forms.Package number M224465 contained a set of metal bed legs, which were purchased on ****** for $49.99. Package number M224466 was also valued under $50, since it contained only 1 new purse purchased at $21.99, the rest were used clothing that I am not using anymore, and I sent to my family in *******. However, **** said that if I can put the value of this package at $230 on some form, there will be only $70 fees for me to pay, but he can have the packages retrieved and then delivered. I agreed to sign the forms for the packages with the amendment that the $70 will be retained from the $114.28 that they owe me so they can ********** this point, Atlantic Express corporation did not deliver my packages in *******, nor they refunded my $114.28.

    Attached are the pictures of the damage caused by Atlantic Express. The hood is not repairable and needs to be replaced. Roof damage needs to be repaired and all painted. The estimate from the mechanic is between $1500 - $2000. The shipment was damaged by the packing a car on top of my vehicle and the vehicle above fell on my car causing the damage seen in the pictures.The Atlantic Express is unresponsive to my messages even after contacting the management.They are trying to offer $300 credit for the damage caused which is rejected by our side. The damage is way more than $300.
