  I am extremely satisfied with the work done by this companys team. Everything was completed exactly according to the plan that was provided in advance. The workers are true professionals, performing each step of the process carefully and thoroughly. All the furniture was moved out, and everything in the house was covered with protective plastic before the work began. They also took care of many additional requests I had. I highly recommend this company!

  Royal Home Flooring did an amazing amazing superb job on my kitchen floor and stairs. I met ****** salesperson who was so nice and very patient with me he presented the product did not rush me. He took the time to get to know me as a new customer. ****** VP there is an entire list I can list how he helped to get things done he is an amazing person very down to earth understood the situation and got it handled. ********* (contractor) as very respectful, friendly after about 45-hour I felt like I had known him for years. I watched him while he worked he is very detailed, precise and definitely on point doing his job He did such a SUPERB job. I called ****** and told him please keep ********* because when I am ready for floors to be done in another room I am requesting *********. Royal Home Flooring and the staff is AMAZING!! I HIGHLY recommend them!! i give Royal Home Flooring 10 stars and 10 thumbs up!! KUDOS 10 times over Royal Home Flooring

  Deplorable Experience Avoid Royal Flooring I question the legitimacy of the 4.9-star reviews Royal Flooring has online. Im writing this to warn others about the reality behind those ratings.Over a year ago, I contacted Royal Flooring for a flooring repair quote. Instead of assessing the issue or showing material options, they pushed a full replacementno samples, no consultation. Just a vague bid and out the ********* forward a year later, I decided to give them another chance (my mistake) based on a friends recommendation. I was contacted by a man named Art, claiming to be the Vice President (a title I now seriously doubt). From the beginning, he seemed dismissive and uninterested, repeatedly saying, weve already been out there, like that absolved them of needing to do the job properly. They had no records, no recollection of what was discussed, and zero professionalism.I had to call several times just to reach Art after being told hed return my call. Finally, I was told he had been sick for days. When we spoke again, I had to explain the entire situation from scratch. He apologized, admitted no one had shown me samples, and said hed send someone the next day.Someone cameunannouncedwhile I was working. They rang my buzzer repeatedly without a confirmed appointment. When I called Art, he acted surprised. Still, I gave him one last chance. He scheduled a final appointment for the following Wednesday. That day came and no one showed up.I called. I could hear him in the background, scrambling with the secretary. Can he still get there today? No? ****. I cut in and said, Forget it. Im done.This company wasted my time twice and lost a $16,000 job. They are disorganized, dishonest, and unprofessional. If this is how they treat prospects, imagine their care once they have your money.Go somewhere else.

  Very bad company. We had 3 bedroom floors redone. Had carpet pulled up and replaced with laminate flooring. They left a lot of black spots on the baseboards and the material of the laminate is bad theres a lot of spots (when wet) where it looks like it wasnt coated the in the entry way of bathroom the piece of wood they put between rooms doesnt fit I cant close my door. I called about the black spots and they said they couldnt do anything and the laminate spots she just shrugged off. We are so disappointed especially since they charged us $16,000. I should of checked around but they had good reviews on their site on ********.

She took the time to explain every step of the process and ensured that we were comfortable with our decisions.The installation team was equally impressive.   This is the most unprofessional company in the city of *******. The work is deplorable. The lifetime warranty is a fabrication that they do not honor. The nightmare began on day one when I was unable to communicate with the installers because of a language barrier. They used the wrong color stain. Then proceeded to go over that stain with different color. The stain was supposed to match my existing trim and doors. They do not.They recklessly dripped stain from the can throughout the house then sealed over it so now I have polka dots all over my floor. They sealed the floors twice; not allowing the 1st pass to cure before applying the 2nd. The floors scratch easily now from not curing properly..It took 4 months to get a response after an email and numerous phone calls. They sent out an "inspector." The "inspector" that came was the same employee who destroyed my floors. I find it a conflict of interest that they would send the employee who destroyed my floors in the first place. Obviously, he's not going to find a problem because he was the one that performed the terrible work. He implied that "an animal" made these stains. There has never been any animal on the floor. This is a company that not does care about the quality of their work. The installers wore no masks or face coverings to protect them from harmful chemicals. This company does not value the health or safety of their employees. From further research, I have also found that this company responds to every negative review blaming the customer. In no response, do they apologize, take action to fix the problem or try and make the customer feel whole.

  Great quality of carpet and very competitive pricing. We were very pleased with the customer service and installation process (which took less that 5 hours for 2 rooms in our basement). Would not hesitate to use Royal Home Flooring for other carper projects around the house.
