I brought my car in for an overheating problem and to tune it once it was solved. It took 3 months and $1800 and *** couldnt figure it out. Just pointed the finger, blamed the previous mechanics and threw parts at the car. I also paid for a Dyno tune. 3 months is way too long and I couldnt wait since my car has no top (seasonal summer car) so I told him Ill take it somewhere else and bring it back so he can finish the tune since I already paid for it. My fan was working when I was there and when I took it home the wires for it were fried. Another shop fixed the problem in 2 ***** told him the problem was solved and that Ill bring it back for him to finish the tune, except now hes backed up 2 weeks and Im subjected to pay the hourly again. Except I already paid for it. Then he sends me waivers (that I didnt sign) that state if something is unsafe (like overheating) the Dyno sessions stops and he keeps your money. I have emails stating my car never overheated before the Dyno and they wouldnt have put it on the Dyno if it overheated. Except he did and basically took my money. I knew something was fishy when I paid for the Dyno session and it didnt get on for months. *** is a thief. Stay away from this place

Thanks for the review, ******. We're always disappointed when we cant satisfy a clients needs. However, you left out some key points that Id like to shed light on.First and foremost, you originally brought your car in for an overheating issue. Before bringing it to us, you mentioned the car had already been to four other shops, and you were unhappy with all of them. You described one tuner as being super cocky and unhelpful, while the other shops left you hanging and installed unnecessary parts trying to fix the issue. You also mentioned that you installed a large third fan on the outside of the radiator (alongside the two existing fans), which caused damage to the front bumper and cracked it in several places. When we received the vehicle, we thoroughly diagnosed and documented every issue we found. This was not a small list, and we made it available to you anyone can view these findings, photos, and videos here:******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** After our initial diagnostic, we discovered additional problems including a misfire that neither you nor the previous shops were aware of. We explained the importance of doing a leak-down and compression test to ensure the engine was healthy before tuning. We clearly outlined every step, explained our process, and emphasized that this wouldnt be a quick fix. Each step had to be handled carefully and *********** times, it seemed you may not have read all the emails, as some questions you later asked were already answered in detail. You also visited the shop several times to check on progress, which we welcomed and the vehicle was actively being worked on each time. After resolving all recommended repairs you paid the invoices and stated it was a lot cheaper then expected After these repairs, the car idled for long periods and never once overheated. We then started the tuning process. The car made great progress, unexpectedly, it began overheating again. You suggested that the head gaskets might have been installed ************** this point you decided to take the vehicle elsewhere to continue diagnosis. When you picked it up, you mentioned being frustrated not just with the car but also with other personal and financial matters in your life. You emailed us back shortly saying the issue was resolved and attached a photo showing the fan wiring melted wiring that had been installed previously by someone else. When you reached out to schedule the car back on the dyno, we explained that we were booked out about a week or so but would fit you in as soon as possible. However, you were upset that we couldnt bump other clients ahead, citing that your car was a seasonal vehicle and you already paid. We explained that would be unfair to other customers but you still were not happy.Because the previous issue was unrelated to our work, we explained that returning to the dyno would be billed at the standard hourly rate per our signed dyno waiver (which we highlighted and showed you). We have the signed copy on file, when asked if you believed it was fair for us to continue working at no charge for an issue caused elsewhere, you responded that you wouldnt ********* we said at the beginning, were never happy to see a client dissatisfied, but its important for others to understand both sides. We enjoyed working on your car and wish you the best, but we treat all clients equally and dont bump anyone ahead in line. We hope you find success moving forward with another shop, and if anyone else is interested in seeing some of the bad work we had to deal with, we have two detailed ******* videos of this project which can be found here ************************************************ *******************************************
