      Deceptive pricing, repeated mistakes, and zero accountability Hansens under new ownership is not what their 5-star reviews suggest.Hansens may have glowing reviews, but those mostly reflect the previous ownership. Under new ownership (since April 2025), my experience was marked by repeated errors, shifting explanations, and pricing games.Their designer repeatedly submitted estimates with major errors incorrect ring counts, wrong finishes, wrong hardware colors, and even a nearly 3-inch measurement error all of which I had to catch myself. Later, management presented corrected quotes with unexplained price increases, then attempted to add nearly an $800 surcharge for a finish I had already selected months earlier. I recommitted to the order well before their claimed deadline, and the manufacturers own documentation confirms this their justification simply doesnt hold up.When I raised these issues, Hansens shifted blame to the manufacturer rather than acknowledging their own errors and lack of oversight. After months of unnecessary stress and lost time, I ultimately walked ******* experience shows a clear pattern: repeated internal mistakes, lack of accountability, and pricing practices that dont align with their reputation. If you value honesty and competence, look elsewhere.
