I ordered a set of pajamas, as advertised on their website. It took 2 weeks to finally receive the order and I only received a top, half the order never came, now I feel cheated as the set was already over priced, now I have a useless top. They should at bare minimum, refund me in full. That is false advertisement.Business response

Hello. We are sorry to hear the pajama bottoms from a pajama set were missing from your order. I have reviewed this issue and see that you placed your order on Friday, June 10, 2022, at 4:15 PM CT. Please note orders placed after noon CT will be shipped the next business day. Our business is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Since your order was placed on a Friday after noon CT, and we are closed for the weekends, your order was not packed until Monday, June 13. Standard shipping is 3-6 business days and tracking shows that you received your order on the 6th business day of Tuesday, June 21. This is the day you filed this complaint with the BBB. Please note, you may reach out to us if you have any issues with your order and we would be happy to resolve your concerns! You may also initiate your free return here: *************************************. Once we found out that we made a mistake and did not ship you the bottoms of the pajama set, we promptly reimbursed you in full two business days later on Thursday, June 23. Om Sept 4, I ordered a leather bag from Beltoutlet through the web, Beltoutlet collected the purchase price of $143.38 from my Amazon pay account (transaction P01-4507564-47997) and sent me an email with order number ******** Reference number ******* I did not receive the bag, I tried to call, cannot get through,Tracking the status of the order on their web tells me that order number and reference number do not lead to my order. My complaint: FRAUD. CAN YOU HELP??Thanks,*****Business response

We reached out to our vendor last week to discuss this issue and they got back to us today saying they did ship the order on 9/8/21. It's likely the customer received the product after they created the complaint. Since they placed the order on 9/4, it seems they didn't wait that long before complaining. The tracking number is no longer valid since it's been several months since this order was placed. Therefore, the customer received the product, got a full refund anyway, and a 50% off coupon for their next purchase.
