    I'm sharing my experience with this dealership after purchasing a car in September 2023. The initial sales price of the car we liked was $20,450, and negotiated down to $20,000. Based on that, the final sales estimate provided to us was $22,500, including fees and taxes, but we later realized it had inflated taxes, without mentioning the applicable tax percentage.
    Despite having our details for an accurate estimate, they didn't provide one and took away the estimate sheet once we agreed to purchase the vehicle. Thankfully, I had a picture of that initial estimate, which helped reveal the discrepancy when the finance guy shared the final numbers with us for signatures. With the actual applicable 6.25% tax, the list price came to $20,467, exceeding the original list price because they broke down the numbers backward from the final total of $22,500.
    We considered canceling the deal, but a manager honored the promised $20,000 sales price, recalculating the final total to $22,000, saving me almost $500.
    I recommend ensuring estimates clearly break down taxable and non-taxable fees, along with the tax percentage and the tax amount. Paying attention to these details can prevent unexpected discrepancies during your transaction.
    Additionally, we noticed a deviation from industry practice, as only half a tank of gas was provided upon delivery. While not a major issue, it contributed to an overall unsatisfactory customer experience.

    i would give negative rating if i can , called Ray sales department and confirm car availability evening time , he schedule me next day 1st app 8.30am ( when they open ) . they know i m driving from 2.30 hours away ******* il to *********** ** . he also confirm that text me when u leave from home which i did . when i reached there at Toyota location at 8,15is Ray texted me that car was sold yesterday night around 6.30 pm ( i called Kevin around 6.45 pm to confirm same vehicle availability ) and offere me another options . i don't know how they sold car after closing their business ? they are Froud people . they just do this to bring clients in .again next day i found same car with $2000 discount when i called, different guy answered , he said that car sold this morning but i have another option you can stop by . they are tricking people to bring clents in Avoid they at any cost .

    This dealership posted a vehicle for sale 10/21 or 10/22/2022. I contacted them 10/23/22 (Saturday) and had some questions, which were answered, then said I would like to buy it at the advertised price. They asked me to finance with them, and I said no - it would be a cash sale. They asked me to finance for at least 6 months and pay the balance off early. I said no, I do not need to pay the loan origination and finance feels. I was in communication with the dealership throughout the day, and asked for a final price. They were closed on Sunday. I sent an email Monday morning 10/24/2022 before the business opened, asking for a final price and to pick up the vehicle on Tuesday, 10/25/2022. I receive the not unexpected response that, 'Gee, we are really sorry but the vehicle was sold to a local buyer on Saturday; it is no longer available.'
