    I purchased a slew of furniture items from this company and it has been a nightmare since delivery. i didn’t receive some items and the items received are broken. His delivery crew also broke the locking gate to my porch that is necessary to have with a special needs toddler. i let the owner know of the error immediately and he said he would replace and bring the correct ordered items as well as fix the gate. He told me he had to order the replacements and would pick up on Wednesday and deliver immediately. it is now the Friday after and i had yet to hear back from him on why i didn’t receive what was promised when it was promised. i also have called multiple times from Wednesday to Friday and could not get ahold of the business. He claims to have spoke to someone else on my behalf which is false and as the only number listed and the buyer, i should have been contacted directly. He offered “solutions” such as finally replacing the items but as Wednesday went, i can’t put a guarantee on his delivery time- or if it will actually show up. i requested a discount on the broken chair and i wanted a refund on the bed i did NOT receive at all, and after the owner said no and talked circles of excuses, i told him i would report him and he threatened me saying he would send the police to remove the furniture from my home -even tho i have paid in full to him already. He is not organized and doesn’t communicate or follow thru with what he “guarantees”. He is running a scam business and selling broken and garbage furniture as new and then not providing a proper resolution that is satisfactory to the customer.

    delivery was made unscheduled with the wrong products for the third time. The wrong chair was brought and the bed i ordered new was scuffed and defective and not in new quality. i refused delivery as it is again not what i ordered. business offered for me to use wrong items until fixed but that requires putting together and taking apart furniture in my home where there is not available room to do so effectively. I have not been provided with sufficient update to when this will be resolved CORRECTLY, nor have i been provided a discount in purchase amount for the chaos and trouble this is causing. this is extremely unprofessional and the worst experience in product service purchasing i have ever had.

    I have received the confirmation of lease agreement and approval for payments to start as of today, 11/20/23. I have still NOT received the product i ordered or what is on my invoice from the company. They fraudulently have sent the lease information listing the couch and recliner but nothing else that i have not received. they have listed the full amount of all items, including the stuff i have not received or is broken and not replaced, so it looks as if i have purchased just the sofa and chair for total invoice amount. I have reported this to ******* Loan company and they have opened an investigation into this as Kern is not allowed to approve the order until ALL items match what my invoice shows was ordered have been delivered and i’m working order, which they are not. I have still yet to hear from Kern regarding him fixing this situation or providing any type of customer service. This company is providing fraudulent orders to gain additional money for items they can’t deliver after weeks of waiting when it was stated “in stock” at order. I am extremely angry as i have been scammed out thousands of dollars for items i do not even possess.
