    We have asked Cardinal Ridge repeatedly over a month for any solutions to the plumbing issues and water collection on our foundation. Sewage is coming up from the pipes, probably a clog or backed up in areas we cannot reach. To date, there has been no response, professional or unprofessional. We even had a former worker for these mobile homes look at our damage, saying its definitely a safety hazard, but to his knowledge claimed that Cardinal Ridge didn't own the necessary equipment to get rid of the foundation water.
