              I was given a total loss settlement offer on 03/07/2024 by country financial after an accident that occurred on 03/01/2024. I found numerous errors on the evaluation sent by the claims adjuster ****** ******* and sent all of the requested documents to support my dispute on the ACV assessment on the following day 03/08/2024. After no response, I reached out again on 03/14/24 requesting an update on this matter. Again this evening on 3/18/24 and again today 03/28/2024. I have also reached out to the claims representative ****** ***** and now my local agent **** ****** with no response. I currently do not know where country financial is holding my vehicle and am continuing to make loan and insurance payments on this loss. If I do not receive a response and work towards a resolution on this matter, I will seek legal recourse. I will also be dropping all of my policies with country financial.
