This is an Etsy business with high reviews. I ordered 4 memory animals back on July 23rd, 2022 for Christmas gifts for my 4 children. I confirmed that she received the clothing I shipped to make the animals on Aug 8th. The expected delivery date was Oct 7th. Through multiple conversations she has assured me I would have these memory animals in time for Christmas. communication between us on Oct 11th she stated:I definitely will have them to you before Christmas. I'm hoping to start them within the next 2 weeks or so. I will definitely let you know when I start the order.I requested help through the Etsy app on Dec 1st:You need help with: My order hasn't arrived Your ideal resolution: replace Note for seller: There is a note on my help with order page stating that my order should have been delivered by Oct 26, 2022. Has it shipped? Thank you.Her responses:Hello and thanks for your message! Im working on fulfilling my current orders right now, and will reopen shortly.And:Hi ***** I'm sorry for the confusion. The message you received is an Etsy generated message. I have your name on my list to complete your order and get it to you before Christmas. When I start your order, which will be very soon, I'll confirm exactly what you want and I'll message you when it's is on its way. I am so very sorry for this lengthy delay. I was hit with tons of orders and am working diligently to get them completed. Tree I can see at least 2 reviews where the buyer purchased after me and their orders have been received.I am now scrambling to figure out gifts for my 4 grown children 3 days before Christmas. I am retired and the last thing I can afford is buying 4 gifts right now.I am beyond furious.
