      Spoke to the customer and we are going to work with them on the repairs. They declined warranty coverage and that is why they were turned away. We do agree that one day I not acceptable and will work to resolve the concerns.

      I purchased a a vehicle from them in July but the vehicle has had problems, They have had the car for 4 months and I have been paying a car not on a car I dont drive, I need a resolution to this, issue I need a car, I paid the 10 grand already I am a veteran and need transportation for work. The faster we can get a resolution the better, I cant afford this,

      The problem isnt that we dont want to help the customer it is the customer is t doing what they need to do to get the car fixed. The car was purchased with 85k miles on it and brought back with 90k miles on it. That being said there was a warranty sold with the car that should cover the repairs if there was no negligence on the customers part. We are are smaller store and do not have the repair equipment to handle a job of the size and scope of the potential repairs. The customer picked the car up and brought it to another store to only be told that he would be responsible for a $1200 tear down until the warranty company okd the he repairs. He refused and dropped the car back off by at the store. We told him he has to handle it himself he of course refuses. I am going to send the car to another Zeigler store locally that can handle the repairs but the customer will be responsible for the tear down there as well.

      My husband ********************************* (incarcerated)bought a vehicle and the salesman used his card to pay and collected the funds cash I found out that the insurance was cancelled and the money was sent back to the card and the salesman pocketed the money and saying he havent received when I spoke to the insurance company who advised me otherwise and cant do business with a shady person at this point they can have the vehicle back and the money that was paid back

      I call the customer because I am having a hard time understanding what she is asking for in this complaint. My intention was to resolve or attempt to resolve her concerns she hung up on my with in 30 seconds. It sounds like because of her husband getting arrested she had to return a car she bought from us. That being said it also sound like she bought insurance to cover the vehicle after purchasing it. Zeigler does not sell insurance but from time to time we refer customers to various companies because car insurance is required by law. If she bought insurance from a third party we would have no receipt of it there for would owe her no refund.

      I am rejecting this response because: I was informed the check would be sent fed ex I dont live in berwyn or near berwyn to travel to be picking up a check that you and the salesman agreed to now almost a week later I had to reach out agzin to only be told to come in. Ill sign whatever document electronically I dont want to come to that office and end ** in jail

      On April 21, 2021 i purchased an automobile for the dealership. As of todays date i have not received my Title for the automobile. I have not received the funds they collected to pay my ********* taxes on the automobile. Each time i call the dealership i am promised a return phone call which never comes

      First let me apologize about the inconvenience. A check was cut to the ** License and ************* as required by the joint agreement between WI and **. That was on Jun 2nd. I am having the office mgr contact them to see what happened. I will have her reach our directly to the customer with her findings. Up until this complains he was unaware of a problem as we completed the paperwork already.
