    Horrible Property management company. They will not fix anything. You will be waiting for months maybe over a year for them to fix anything. The front desk secretary, Iris, extremely rude. If you call for any maintenance or follow up. She'll just respond, No update. That's all she has to say and she doesn't know anything or care. We have been waiting for almost a year to have our building dryer fixed. My neighbor has been waiting for over 2 months for her sink and bathtub to be fixed. This building has children living here and they do not care. Iris will not even give you a time frame of when someone will get back to you or fix anything. Very rude and they do not care about children's safety in this building.
