Companies that are customer-centric are far more successful at building brand loyalty than those who are not. It is as much a strategy as a culture of doing business that creates the best experience for the customer. Commitments are met, and so therefore, customers feel valued. Getting to know your customers and what they want and need is imperative. Although we had been pleased with the services provided by Chem-Wise in past years, we no longer are. After our recent experience, we will no longer hire their pest management services due to their unsatisfactory work, ineffective communication and lack of respect. To make matters worse was their response to our concerns by placing the onus on us the customers and by denying any culpability on their part. In past years, we were always given a call from the company to schedule an appointment at our convenience. They were to not only check several mouse traps in our garage but also to spray the entire perimeter of our residence. Prior to their scheduled appointment, we would always remove our bird feeders to avoid any chance of contamination.This time, they just showed up without any prior notice at all! Though the manager indicated that they had just sent out an email, he admitted that it had been sent to an incorrect address! Moreover, not only did the technician never check the mousetraps in the garage (which he was supposed to have done) but he also sprayed chemicals too close to the bird feeders.Mistakes do happen! Yet, theres always a ****** to be learned. What is more, there are methods to be used for dealing with a faux pas--specifically, Acknowledging, Apologizing and Addressing the mistake. By putting customers first, it is always in their best interests to be treated with integrity, respect and empathy.

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience. As you can tell from our hundreds of 5 star reviews across several platforms, we take our customer ********************** very seriously. We have have recently changed to a paperless system and are still trying to perfect our prenotification procedures. We would be happy to return at no cost to complete the service. Thank you.
