              I purchased a heavy-duty O'Cedar broom from Trustables (CPGIO, LLC), plus a few minor items. Order # TRUST-*****. The cost of the broom was less than half the price anywhere else, including at Amazon (where the *************** website links consumers to.) The broom arrived, and is defective. The tip of the broom is crushed/dented and very sharp as a result. I'm uploading a photo here. Not safe to use. I suspect, but can't be certain, that these brooms are "seconds," meaning they all have defects. If this is in fact the case, they should say so on their website. The company is nonresponsive to me, even when I wrote them that I'd file a BBB complaint. I now wnat to return the defective broom, as well as the minor items I bought with it. I want a full refund of $48.86 and I want Trustables to pay for the return shipping.
