5 starsWe moved long distance last year with a "broker" company that I thought was a moving company, it was terrible! So this time I did research - reviews, BBB search, everything. I found All Integrity Movers had a good BBB rating along with many good reviews. I reached out and spoke with Virtis and he answered all my questions with experience and patience. He helped us find the best solution for our move, while keeping our budget in mind. The crew showed up on time and jumped right in! 1 starI hired this company in good faith to help me, at age 69 move from ******** to ********. I have limited mobility and getting up and stairs is a challenge. We negotiated on a price only to find out they add on an administrative fee of over $100. The day came for them to load the Uhaul truck. I give them a walk through the house and garage while on crutches and pointed out the specific items they would be responsible for moving.1. 7 sets of heavy duty plastic shelves. I asked if the needed the shelves taken apart. Was told they would let me know.2. Small desk 3 small wooden shelf unit 4. Wrought iron arch (garden decor)5. 4 cube storage units.6 everything in ************ I asked at t lets three times in the two hours they were there if the had loaded the plastic shelves yet. No but we got you on that. It was gettin close th their stopping time . I asked one of my other movers if All integrity had moved the cube units yet. They had not. I asked my other crew to get them out. All Integrity then came down the 6 steps carry one cube unit without help, banging the cube unit into the walls and door, I again asked about the plastic shelves. Not yet but we got you on those. Somehow they stayed 1/2 over and I was charged for the overage. When ************** called to say they were finished and asked how everything went I said fine. At that point I had not slept for 4 days trying to get things packed for the move. And as I mentioned Im on crutches and was not able to stand and walk around at that time. When I was able to walk and make it up the stairs not one of the plastic shelves had been taken out. The desk was still there and the wooden shelf unit that sat next to the desk. The wrought iron garden deco was loaded by one of my crew. The upper garage that contained items for my craft business was still setting there. They did take out 3/4 of the garage but left the items up front. When I contacted ************** he said you said they did a good job.All Integrity Movers LLC

*****, I was very clear about our services we charged a travel fee of $129.98 to your location. I reduced the cost by $100.00 to accommodate your budget. You booked services for 2 hours at a price that you stated was the amount that satisfied your budget. We did not overcharge you for services. We lost money providing services. You had several men there helping with services as you stated when we arrived. I was there for the walk through and I did not recall you stating that about the shelves. I even asked you when I returned if the services provided met your expectations and I even asked the gentlemen that we were still loading if our guys needed to do anything else before they clocked out. The gentlemen said, "NO". There was 4 feet left on the truck for additional items. The gentlemen that you had there working for you that were family members could have loaded the black shelves on the truck for you. Apparently it was overlooked by everyone and it was not done intentionally. We were only hired to load items into the truck and You stated they did an excellent JOB and the gentlemen stated the same. It is very unfair that you would change your Review from a 5 Star to a one star review because no one made the effort to ensure that all items were taken according to your expectations. Because before we left you had a ton of stuff still in your home and in your garage. I even asked you if we could come back and load the shelves you said, NO. I assumed the family member that was driving the truck refused to turn around to come back to get the shelves.Review fromdianne H

5 starsI have used this company twice. I purchased a chair and ottoman on Market Place for a really good deal. No truck and can't move it myself. I texted ************** and he gave me a reasonable price. We set up to meet at the apartment and get the furniture. Smooth sailing. If you buy off of ************ and don't have the muscle or truck. Get these guys to do it. A $2200 Chair and ottoman cost me $200 to move it from an apartment in the **************** to the ******** of **********. I am so happy with my new affordable bargain and the move wasn't stressful at all. Give ************** your Market Place business.All Integrity Movers LLC
