    I ordered a ten yard dumpster for a seven day rental to arrive on June 27th, 2025. I could not select a pick up date for exactly seven days after because the following Friday was Independence Day and then the weekend. They charged me for the three extra days, but they added that charged after I paid the initial price. I was refunded for that after speaking with an employee for the business, but it involved some persuading. He stated that they do offer weekend pick up, but it was not an option of their website. The worse part is the dumpster had a one ton limit. I was cleaning out a mobile home. The dumpster consisted mostly of empty detergent bottle, water bottles, paper products, DVDs, and a few pieces of furniture. They are claiming it weighed nearly 3.5 tons. They can not provide proof of the weight just says on a statement. There is no way a 10 yard dumpster would be able to fit nearly 7000 lbs. They refuse to provide the actual weight. This is very unprofessional.

    We called **************** and after we got through to the manager, and were provided the full and empty weight, it became obvious that something happened with their system when we rolled onto the scale empty as the empty weight was nearly ***** lbs less than the standard truck empty weight.  We disputed the charge with **************** who conceded that they were in the wrong and we refunded the charge to the customer.  I called ***** and left a voicemail and ***** was kind enough to give me a call and he stated that he appreciated us resolving his issue and he was also kind enough to change his two star review to a five star review online.  My understanding is that this dispute has been resolved to his satisfaction.  I have attached the invoice with evidence of the the refunds for the weight and the extra days.
