            I went in to get brake serviced on my van and they checked it out. The statement on my bill was that I refused service on the driver's side in the rear. I had someone put on the brakes and he made it like the brakes were not put on correctly. After they were replaced the brake pedal went down to the floor. I spent $1,032 having parts replaced on the right side and the issue was actually on the left side. I felt that what he did on the right side of my van didn't resolve the issue that I had with my van. I feel that the $1,032 paid for work done on the right side was done unnecessarily. I would like a refund for this work done. **** initially did the work and **** resolved the issue.

            I had an appointment for June 2, 2021 to get my AC checked in my vehicle. My appointment was at 8:00am they didn't pull my car in until 9:20am. I waited on my vehicle from 8:00am until they closed. They told me they would need to keep another day to figure out the problem. The tech that was working on my car was off the next day but they claim they had someone working on my vehicle on June 3, 2021. Now its June 4, 2021 I believe the tech tried working on my car again but didn't have a clue what was going on they basically gave me some double talk to pacify me. I had told them to do an oil change. When they checked me out the gentlemen told me they had changed my oil they wouldn't charge me. He gave me the paperwork they changed my oil with the mileage also a sticker was put in my window. I notice my maintenance light came on so I had my oil checked it was 2 quarts low and very dirty they did not change my oil. If I wouldn't have checked the oil my engine could have locked up due to Meineke lying about changing my oil.
