My car was rear ended by an insurer with this company over a month ago and have yet got any repairs done to my car or communication in when will my car be fix. The adjuster(***** ****) does not answer his phone or emails. He has not done anything to help speed my process up and it is very hard to reach anyone for answers. I have been waiting patiently over a month and have no idea what is going to happen with the damages the have been done to my car.Initial Complaint

I got into a car **** in January of 2025 and the person that hit me gave me the insurance that she went through was United Security Health and Casualty Insurance Company I put a claim with them it took them 1 month to even respond they dont answer the phone at All..I got assigned to a person that never that still never answers the phone my car was totaled and it got towed the insurance people said it was too much to get it out /fix it so they made me release the car to them they said my car payout was only 1500$ okay I been waiting on my money still nothing .as of June ******* also I was told I could get a rental car and they would reimburse me .The rental car cost way over **************************************************************************** responded to meInitial Complaint

My car was involved in a car accident with a person who had insurance with this company (UNITED SECURITY #TXD0029546-01) on 10/12/24. I have spoken with the claims adjuster, (Chicago Insurance with Claim Number: 24TXD-00001442)who declared total damage to my vehicle, and promised to get back. I have called them numerous time left messages they never call back as their automatic phone promised to call back in 2 business days till I have no choice but to involve a professional Lawyer then they reply and are now offering 70% of the damage and they are offering $1,000 for a 2013 ****** Camry. When we turn down the offer they refused to negotiate and stop replying to my Lawyer email and ******** I want to sue the company, but I dont know who to receive service on behalf of UNITED SECURITY.Initial Complaint

I have been insured with them for 2 years and have always paid my money. I recently was involved in a hit and run on 3/8/25. I reported the incident with all information needed and they didnt start working on my claim for nearly 2 weeks I had to keep calling to get them to do what they were supposed to. After they finally started my claim the first ******** kept telling me she couldnt get in contact with the people she needed as far as other insurance so I called myself and reached them the very first try no issue, then I had to call her back to connect them both. I literally had to do her job because she wasnt doing it and wasnt keeping me updated with what was happening. This ********s name is *** ******* *********************************************** ************. Literally took a month just to get her to actually work on my claim and not give me excuses just because she wasnt actually trying to working on my claim. After having to constantly call and get things done myself for her to do my claim I then got moved to another ******** named ******* ***** ********************************************* ************. Ive also had to constantly call her to get progress done on my claim. It is 5/12/25 today and my lien holder still hasnt received the payout check. She first said she was submitting payment on 4/24/25. I gave it time then reached back out and she hadnt done anything. After that she claims she sent it by mail on 4/30/25, yet my lien holder ( Navy Federal) says they still havent gotten anything. When I message , email, or call I dont get a response . *** requested a tracking number to prove she mailed out the check and have not gotten a response still. I have emails and messages of all the terrible service and lies Ive gotten from these ********s regarding my claim and whats going on. The amount that was supposed to be sent to my lien holder (Navy federal) is $8,780.20. There is no reason its more than 2 months later and this isnt handled. I was involved in a car accident with the a person that had insurance with this company on 3/18/25. My son was in an accident in my vehicle with a united insurance insured vehicle/driver on March 10th, 2025, he was rear ended by their driver who was going 65 in a 45moh construction zone. The sheriffs department wrote up a full incident report that their driver was at fault, and cited him, also included that he was distracted(by his phone) and that my son was not at fault. I promptly filed a claim(#***KW-00001115) with United Insurance the following day. An estimator came out to my home and accessed the damage to my vehicle, we informed her of the body shop we had planned to use. She said she would write up the estimate. Fast forward to last week(Friday March 25th), I called to check on the status of my claim and was informed nothing had been done because their driver was not answering their calls. No one ever communicated this with me or even attempted to contact me, I obtained a copy of the incident report and provided it with the adjuster(Sebastian) he informed me he had submitted it to his supervisor for approval and should have it approved by the following Monday (March 31). I since have called, left voicemails, emailed, and text nearly every day with no response. I have been without my vehicle for 27 days. This is very unprofessional and unethical. I would appreciate a response from someone and for my vehicle to be fixed.Initial Complaint

An insured driver from this place, United Security and Health Insurance, hit our vehicle that was parked in our yard. They hit it so hard that the impact pushed it into a second vehicle. I've tried calling this insurance company with no results. I have to leave a message and they never return my calls. I also had my insurance company call them and they got the same response. Nothing.I want to solve this issue but how can I when they won't call me back? Or, they won't answer the phone when I call? My wife was hit in a vehicular accident and the other party was insured by this insurance company. The other party was a teenage male who was speeding a rear ended my wife on the highway. We have called their insurance company numerous times and they will not pick up the phone or return our calls when we leave a message. I am trying to make an auto accident claim and when calling the company, they never answer. This is the general claims line. It always says "experiencing large call volume, please leave your number and we will return your call." I have made five attempts in 20 days, leaving my number each time and have never received a call back. There is no alternative number to call or options to select. Furthermore, they do not allow you to leave a message, so if/when they ever would call me back, they wouldn't have any idea which of their insured they are returning a call to. This is gatekeeping and is to dissuade people from making claims, which is illegal in all fifty states.
