    ********************************************************* | ************************************************* | ************ | ******************** January 30, 2023 To Whom It May ********* writing on behalf of my mother, *******************************, to seek advice regarding a cemetery not honoring my parent's burial contract. ****** and ******************************* purchased a VA burial plan at Pine View Memorial Park in August ****. They purchased 2 lots and a single family marker. They signed a contract to make monthly payments for 72 months. I think they used ***************** Bank in ********, ** for financing. This bank no longer exists and I have no idea how to acquire financial records from over 30 years ago. My parents paid off this contract, they have excellent credit, and they have never defaulted any loan payments.Pine View cemetery says they have no record of payment. At the time of the contract, Pine View Memorial Park in ********** ** and Willow **** Memorial Park in ********* ** had the same owner. The business correspondence my parents received came from ***********. I contacted *********************** from Pine View ******************************************* ********************* from Willow **** ******************* and visited the Pine View cemetery office.Attachments: Memorial Planning document, Garden of Honor certificate, Retail Instalment Contract, Interest Change notice from Pine ******************* and correspondence I received from Pine View.Please advise what can be done to hold the cemetery accountable for this contract.     I am rejecting this response because the documents I have clearly indicate the burial arrangements were with Pine View. They have these records in the office at Pine View and a representative from Pine View sent me the attachment which indicates Pine View. This whole process has been very upsetting and caused so much stress. Taking advantage of someone, especially during their time of grief, is sickening.
