    I purchased a firm high end mattress from one of Stearns and Foster from LIVING SPACES FURNITURE $1800.00+ They delivered the mattress. I am experiencing pain from the sagging and are requesting a replacement. I have contacted LIVING SPACES and have tried to send all the information to them regarding our complaint. I paid $100 for an inspection and my claim was denied. because they stated that it was denied because it must be 1.1/2" I don't believe the service inspector had accurate measurement. He was not competent and properly trained.I demand a replacement *********** family has purchased *************************** mattresses for 50 years....If I don't get any response I will continue to file complaints and hire an attorney According to the class action lawsuit, noted -Sealy includes an express written warranty on all bedding purchases that guarantees replacement, repair or refund of the mattress or box spring if the products develop or exhibit certain defects through normal use. Two examples of listed, common defects are body indentations of 1.5 inches and unnatural sagging.I just want a replacement!!!!

    I purchased a firm high end mattresss from one of Stearns and Foster online retailers. $3800.00+ They delivered the mattress as ordered. After a few months the (firm) ******** has developed large troughs in both my side and my wifes side of the mattress. We are experiencing pain from the sagging and are requesting a replacement. I have contacted Stearns and Foster and have tried to send all the information to them regarding our complaint. I have photographed all sides of the mattress as requested. I have included all the labeling on the mattress. I have included the purchase receipt as requested. Thay are nowrequesting a sticker on the mattress which we do not have. It was not on the product when delivered.

    I had purchased a mattress via online Stearns and Fosters. After a week the bed started to cause lower and upper back pain. My husband and I decided to request a refund. They finally decided to agree to process the refund. I have now been waiting almost a month to schedule a return/refund pickup for the mattress. No one is responding, I called their customer service and Im told they are still processing the refund which I was told took **** days from the date they began the process. Its been 19 days. Still no news and they had to escalate the ticket so someone would call me. I am a bit worried this is turning into a prolonged situation and I am not sure why. I had to make a payment on a mattress in suppose to have refunded. Their lack of communication on this process brings much doubt they will be following through with their return of this $6200 mattress thats not able to be used. Even though they agreed to refund me in January.

    Wont let me warranty my defective ****** and foster mattress through your company when the store near me closed. I understand mattress firm is a retailer. But the store closed near me. I dont live near any mattress firm stores so they cannot help me. Before they closed i tried warranty it at the store. they keep sending me the same defective used mattresses and charging me for it. Is that fair? No i shouldn't have to keep paying for defective mattresses this fraud. Suppose to be new with no defects. Now i went through your warranty process and it got approved. but you keep trying to send me back to the mattress firm who cannot help me. I cannot get to the store there are none near me. Why cant you just send me a factory direct new reserve pillowtop soft mattress? The claim went through on your website and retail store closed around me . So what do i do mattress firm cant help ? Should i just dispute fraud on the credit card that what this is at this point?
