    Im deeply disappointed by the behavior of the staff at this store. Its disturbing to see immigrants treat others with such hostility. This complaint is directed at the owner, Siddhi, who was extremely rude to my cousin when he came in to send a package. His English is basic but sufficient for a simple transaction. Siddhi told him to leave and return with someone who speaks English or send the worker instead. She kicked him out as if he didnt deserve respect.I arrived shortly after. I speak fluent English and Im Peruvian. Another employee was present, and before proceeding, I asked why they treat people this wayespecially Siddhi, who is of Indian originover a language that isnt even native to her. She replied, Im not going to serve you because we dont speak the same language. I said, Excuse me? Were speaking English right now. Her excuse was offensive and made no sense.She denied mistreating my cousin. I said, Lets check the cameras. I reminded her that many Indian people have strong accents, and yet weve never discriminated against anyone for how they speak or look. Siddhi then began yelling and refused to serve me. She even told the other employee not to assist us. Sadly, his attitude changed toohe had been polite but became dismissive, likely under her influence.I said I would call the police, and they responded, Go ahead. I didnt, because I know they have more important matters. Still, this behavior cannot be ignored. I will escalate this through the proper *********** anyone reading this: DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

    I found the owner of the store to be very rude confrontational and unprofessional towards customers on the phone I called recently to ask for assistance on clarification of a cell phone that had to be shipped out with a label already included in the end I was able to get the issue resolved but my point of this message is the owner handle the situation very unprofessional was not apologetic and actually hung up the phone on me.
