    *************. Complete scam. They should be closed down immediately. I bought from their ******* product line and zero customer service, only Bot accounts email me and never actually do anything with regard to my concerns. They keep emailing only pretending to care or be concerned but never actually reply to the actually details of my emails. In other words they only have automated ready fake emails to pretend like they care. Absolutely DO NOT BUY and Please AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a product that stated a specific description. The product came but differently than how it was described. I kept emailing repeatedly as they do not have a phone number. In my emails the employees would reply only with automated emails and only pretending to care but never actually concretely addressing my issues.

    I ordered from this business before on May, 10, 2021 on there web site at www.roomdividersnow.com. and had no issues. My recent online order placed on June 27, 2024 with this organization seems to have a mishap. The company shipped my item, however the product was damaged. I tried to contact the company via email to provide a status of when I would receive my product, but to no avail. I would like to receive a refund, especially since I cannot use the item for an upcoming event.     I had placed an order with Room Dividers Now and had a discounted rate. When I went to checkout and place the order, it went back to its original price. I immediately emailed them asking to cancel the order since there was no cancel option. I tried several of their different emails and never heard a response. After placing the correct order after that, I emailed them many times trying to resolve the issue but no one has responded and its been a week. Both items have shipped and arrived and I do not want to have to pay for return shipping. I would like to return the first item and not have to pay for shipping. Thank you

    I ordered an item from Room Dividers Now on 3/8/24. When I received the item I saw from the package size that I ordered the wrong item. I emailed RDN to let them know and going back and forth for about 2 weeks they finally sent me a return label. I attached the label and gave the item to the postman. About 4 days later I received the item back and the box was marked, "Vacant". So now I am wondering if this really is a legitimate business. I contacted them and again they were asking me the same questions and going through the same back and forth as the first time. They wanted me to take a picture of the item which I had to take out of the box to do because I didn't even open the box prior to that. So again after admitting they sent me the incorrect label the first time they sent me a new label.In the mean time I was also in the process of sending an ipad to another location for repair. When I applied the labels I accidently attached the label to the incorrect item. The ipad went to RDN and the cutting board went to ************(where the ipad should have gone). I contacted RDN once I found out what happened and just got a run around and now they are not even answering my emails.I did contact ***** and they confirmed that the item was signed for on 4/25/24 at 12:26PM so they do have the ipad.I did contact the police about this and I was told they couldn't help me with this. I am at a loss. I don't understand how a business is just going to get away with this. I know you probable cannot help me with a resolution but if everyone could just be made aware of the business practice of this company. I just want my ipad back.I informed RDN that I do have the item and once they send me the return label I will send it back to them. I was told they could not provide me with a return label that I would have to pay to return the item. I am still waiting for the label.Thank you for anything you can do for me.

    I ordered one Zenfinit Vertical Tension Stand - Large - 12ft to 18ft Wide / White. Order *** #******. I paid $222.29.This is the order confirmation that was emailed to me:"ORDER CONFIRMATION This email is to confirm your recent order on 08/11/2023.Please note: Your order will ship out within 24 business hours. From there, if you choose our free shipping option, your order will take 3-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep.."We're beyond the expected receive time for my product. I've sent emails requesting updates and tracking numbers, but I get absolutely no response. I called the company and it goes to voice mail, and no one calls back. They took my money and I have no product to show for it. Call it theft, call it fraud, call it poor business...call it what you wish. But if I can't get my product...which *** said was available to purchase via their website...then I need to be informed of this with an immediate refund. Otherwise, I want to press charges. If they can't provide the products they claim to sell, they should shut down the functioning website to prevent people from giving them money. Otherwise, it's common thievery.

    I placed an order on the 17th. STILL have not received any info regarding shipment of that order or tracking. THIS COMPANY HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NONE. Their phone number listed on the site is dead and they dont respond to customer service emails. They have no intention of sending me my order. While checking all other complaints about RoomDividersNow on here, how is the company still allowed to do business? Theyre clearly a scam company.

    We purchased 4 sets of curtain tension rods that were delivered on Dec. 5, 2022 for a total price of $116.97. The product had a poor built quality and the tension rods could not hold weight of a very light curtain. The rods keep falling off to the point we cannot use the product at all. When we approached the customer service, an agent ***************** responded advising ** the weight limit of 10 lbs for the tension rods. When we sent pictures showing the curtains only weighed 3 lbs. We didn't hear back at all. The rods ends with silicon cushions also started to come apart within few short weeks as well as screws that held the end caps against the rod. We are seeking a full refund and return of the product.

    I know, I know. I should have looked at the BBB ratings first. The website was well done. The company was relatively close (same state) and we were in need of some room dividers that could be considered temporary or permanent, so *** seemed to be a perfect fit. Well, not so much. I ordered on February 14, 2023 and promptly received notification that my order would take "3-5 days to arrive at my doorstep". A week later....nothing so I emailed on February 22. I was then notified that my order was a "preorder" and that they were waiting on restocking, which would take 2 weeks. I reached out to the company again on March 16 and received this message "Unfortunately we still have not received stock as we are having some delays with production. We are anticipating stock to arrive by the end of this month." I responded by stating that if I hadn't received me order by the end of the month I would cancel and post my experience on BBB. Well, they sent an email stating that the order had been refunded.....checked my accounts.....still no refund yet. I think think about buying "soft" room dividers and come across the Room Dividers Now site.....run....fast.....the other direction.

    1/16/23 I ordered a room divider system online from the Room Dividers Now website. It was not the easiest transaction placing the order, but I proceeded anyway because from their product description and videos advertising the product, it seemed to be the best solution for my needs. Their claims online for shipping are typically 3-5 business days (+***** hours to pull the order), but this particular order says "Delivered as soon as available. The estimated time this item will be shipped is late January 2023. Actual shipping dates may deviate!" I accepted and planned around receiving the product around the end of January.??As of 1/31/23 I have no tracking number and now am being told by a customer service rep (had to dig pretty deep to even find a phone number for the company) that the product hasn't been produced yet, new company ownership is causing "confusion" and they have no further information on my $472 order. In the meanwhile, I've been BOMBARDED with "abandoned cart" emails, offering even bigger discounts for a purchase I've already paid for and constant email, social media marketing advertising of their products. Yes, I know I can unsubscribe but do not want to until I get resolution with this company.The name of the holding company is *********** (who the sparse email communication comes from.)Customer service claims the warehouse is in ***** and that the product is domestically produced. Communication is extremely vague so it makes one wonder if this company is an internet scam.

    On November 25, 2022, I purchased a Room Divider Curtain, 8ft Tall X 15ft Wide for a great price from RoomDividersNow (RDN). Between November 25th and the delivery date of November 29th I received numerous confirmations and thank you's via email on the 8ft Tall X 15ft Wide curtain. However, the curtain I received was 7ft Tall X 4ft Wide. I instantly called RoomDividersNow (RDN) at ************ and spoke with a person who said her name was ****. It was by far the worst conversation and service I have ever received and I am closer to 65 year old than I am 60. **** advised that they would not honor the sale. She continued to talk about their internal issues and that there was a computer glitch. I continue to explain my position and ask that this be escalated to management. Approximately 10 minutes later after going back-and-forth she said that she would call me back the following day after discussing this with her supervisor. I have not heard from **** to date and our discussion was on November 29th. I made several calls with messages and emails. I researched the co-founder and owner *************************** and sent an email for his review and assistance. There has been no reply from management to date. I don't have the product that I bought and paid for and the company bait and switched. My credit card company was contacted, the detailed explained, and they placed it in the dispute process. I am currently requesting the product at the price advertised, purchased, and confirmed in the communications from RoomDividersNow (RDN).
