All payments due same day upon completion of job terms specified on contract/work order. 2% fee on balance will be automatically applied for each day following completion of work until balance is paid off in full.  No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges on Installed Parts, Equipment or Labor. Final Price NOT NEGOTIABLE. Includes Parts, Labor, Taxes and Fees. All parts and equipment will be provided by Indoor  Climate Experts HVAC without exception. We retain the rights to impose mandatory attempted alternative dispute resolution. Included but not limited to Mediation and/or Arbitration.
