I would like to make a complaint regards to Quality Logo Products **************** Rep ************************ Last October of 2021 I contacted her to ask if my organization could open free company store with Quality Logo Products. Lala and I emailed each other for month of October 2021 setting up the company store by picking out products and then all emails stopped and never received my company website link. I emailed her back in summer of August of 2022 and asked **** has the site was ever created and she replied she never set up the company store. Here i was back in 2021 wasting my time providing her what products add to the company store. On November 1, 2022 I emailed her again ask if my organization could set up a company store one more time because it was never set up last year. **** replied to my email on my November 2, 2022 and she refuse to set up an company store because she wrote that stock changing daily its lot easier to keep my logo on file and have them email her directly. It makes me wonder does Quality Logo Products really offers a company store or does Lala get commission and she wants me to order from her every time I want place order. Higher up management at Quality Logo Products should look into this matter and see what their **************** Reps are telling their customers and they are turning away customers. I am rejecting this response because: the company keeps throwing at me there is required minimum on products and I do understand there is required minimums and my nonprofit organization always orders products from businesses that requires minimum orders we work with wholesale businesses all the time. I have read the reviews and it seems like many customers having hard time with this company as well.
