    Do not move here!!!! This is a terrible place to live, Ive been here 2 years And it was the worst decision of my life. The property manager ******** is rude and disrespects tenants. She will tell you to leave if you have a question, she will refuse your rent and try to evict you if you tell her how rude shes being or voice complaints. She will call the police on you for asking questions or asking to get corporates number. They do not clean there pool, theres bugs and animal f**** in the hallways. They dont give notice if they shut off the water for repairs and will leave it off for hours. Stray animals walk the hall. Theres roaches in the hallways and mice droppings were found in a light fixture in the main hallways, the elevator gets stuck all the time and management will get upset if you are stuck in it and call the fire department.i have so many complaints, RUN FROM THIS PLACE, THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE LIES OR OLD. Do not move here!!

    I'm a senior born with a physical disability and a severe lung/heart condition. As a result it is imperative I live in a non-smoking/drug free environment. That was the case until ******************************************************************************************************* the lease. This led to smoking violators to do whatever they want since it was clear management wasn't doing anything actively to address the situation. Luckily, for me the only time I became exposed to Marijuana or cigarette secondhand smoking was in the elevators or common areas. Nothing had directly affected me or my unit until 2-26-23.January 2023 re-signed for the next year term. Within three weeks afterwards management moved in a chain smoke directly below me which severely affected my breathing. I was coughing up blood at one point which led to the tearing of the lining in my esophagus. For 45 days straight emails and phone calls were made to the property manager to report the issues which were ignored repeatedly.4-10-23 an injury attorney was hired to assist in seeking legal action for the breach of contract & the health risks regarding the nonsmoking policy. Nothing was done to the person below me. At one point the owner's insurance person offered a transfer to another unit. WHERE? The entire bldg was 98% in violation. I only had the one below me as a problem, transferring units put me at risk of being surrounded by all other smoking violators. I declined & still insisted they address the offender. They NEVER did, that tenant still lives here.11-1-23 a settlement offer was sent. 11-20-23 their response was to serve me a 60 day non renewal notice(lease ended 1-31-24).According to ** Attorney General ************************* office I was informed, given the timing of notice AFTER exercising my civil rights it is clear to the ** Atty ******** Red Tail Residential did indeed violate the ** State "Landlord Retaliatory Act 765/720/1. In part the law says it's ILLEGAL to not renew my lease.
