I ***********************, is filing a complaint against Buchner Heating, *************** I stumbled across this company on ****** search. I contacted them in September 2021 to do some repairs in my bathrooms. One of my bathroom in the hall needed a shower control handle and in the master bathroom the hot water k*** control was leaking on the whirlpool only when I turned it on, and the sink was draining slow.He replaced the shower control handle in the hall bathroom and stated he didnt have enough time to complete all of the work because he didnt have the part to fix the master bathroom and he had another job to do.Later on during that week I discovered the hall bathroom water was not getting hot because the k*** was not adjusted properly. When I called them out again I was told their will be no service charge ($85) because the technician was not able to complete the work the previously.Technician came out Plunged the sink with a plunger. He adjusted the water control setting in the hall bathroom. He attempted to fix the master bathroom whirlpool In which he left for 30 minutes to go get the part from ********** that is only mile away from my home. He returned with a wrench and removed the hot k*** on the whirlpool and put it back on stating h*** not be able to fix it because the wall would have to be removed in order for him the repair it. He made the leak worse so I had to call another plumber out to fix the whirlpool leak that he could not repair. I discovered I was charged $85 for a part that was never installed on my whirlpool and I have pictures to prove it. And I was charge $260 for labor.I received a call from their customer service department stating the payment declined because he put in the wrong information. I gave them the correct credit card information and was told it was thrown out.I refuse to pay because the work was not completed and he lied about the labor and part! I had to call another company to fix the whirlpool in less than a hour.
